I went in to the Pharmacy dept. to inquire about my booster shot I already took months ago however it wasn't showing in the docket app which I needed for an upcoming trip. The Pharmacy Manager "Larry" was extremely helpful and went out of his way to help me with my issue. He took down all my information he needed to update the docket app and called me once he updated the information. The next day I checked the app and the booster shot was there. He is worth his weight in gold and I hope the store realizes that.

How do I give a lower rating than 1? We were there for covid vaccine. On the morning of the appointment I uploaded all details in the link they had sent. The pharmacist did not have anything when we got there and we had to redo the process. Even after 30 minutes of appointment time I was still waiting for the vaccine.

Honestly a clean and organized pharmacy. Nothing too crazy or frills attached, but always have a friendly cashier and what I am looking for in stock.

Went there for a covid test. Had to schedule a prior appointment, but the process was very organized and smooth. The steps were clearly mentioned near the drive through window and were also communicated by the person helping with the test. It just took around 10 minutes for the entire process.

It’s fine, nothing special. The pharmacists are incredibly slow and always forget what you say. My prescription was supposed to be ready prior to picking up, but they told me to wait 30 more minutes. 30 minutes?? For blood pressure medication that should’ve been filled and ready to go days ago. It also seemed like it was the first day of work for the employee who “helped” me.

I am a loyal customer of North Brunswick Rite Aid and have a few medical conditions that force me to be on monthly medication. While some days are more difficult than others, the pharmacy department assures me that they care about my health and specific needs. They are quick to solve any problems I may have and are always willing to do extra research to better assist me. They are some of the nicest, most caring individuals I have ever come into contact with. I am truly thankful for the pharmacy department because of their kindness and dedication.

Consistently poor customer service, which is a serious matter when it comes to filling prescriptions. The pharmacist I dealt with thought it was appropriate to communicate with me by shouting at me from 15 feet away rather than taking a moment to walk over to the drop off counter. So much for patient privacy. She said she would have to see if the medication was in stock and returned a moment later to tell me it wasn't. I actually had to ask her if she could order it. She said it would be in the following day. I agreed to this, at which point the pharmacist said that the order might take another day. I must have looked puzzled, because the pharmacist repeated herself and said the medication would be in the next day or the day after. She then stated the medication would take 2 days to arrive. Since I got the strong impression that the pharmacist was not being completely honest with me and had no interest in ordering the medication, I got my prescription back and left. In contrast, Milltown pharmacy filled the prescription in less than ten minutes while I waited, without any associated drama or funny business.

Service is fast and the store is clean. The pharmacist Jay Patel is really knowledgeable and professional. He has sound knowledge on the medicines he gives also you can ask him any question in the Medical field and he will listen patiently and then answer without any hurry and worry and try to give you as detailed and precise answer he can give to the best of his knowledge.

This is a large Rite Aid in a standalone building, with a better selection than found in a typical strip mall location. Prices are a little higher than one would generally find in a grocery store, but may be worthwhile for convenience's sake. This location seems to be clean, and well-organized, although not particularly well-staffed. On the occasions I've visited, only people in the pharmacy and a lone cashier at the front checkout, so you'll just have to use your skills to locate what you need!

I think the store is always clean if that matters to you. The service can vary at times but it is never poor in my several years of attending that particular Rite Aid. Most of the time, and I think that is all anyone can expect, is that they are very helpful, almost always have a smile and are very respectful. As for the Pharmacy, I care that my product is in stock at the end of the month when I need it, and just as important, in many cases my insurance will deny payment, or have some silly issue, and I have found other Pharmacies to tell me to call and fix it. This Pharmacy, they will take the time to call the insurance themselves saving me the trouble. You may have to ask, especially if they are really busy. But they will not tell you no. So overall, I think this is one of the best Pharmacies you can attend.
