Purchased an S5 Sportback from Princeton Audi a few months ago. Simon was a great sales guy that unfortunately left shortly after I bought the car. The car only had one key at the time and I was owed a second key since it was CPO. I had trouble tracking down the status of the second key. Eventually reached out to the used car manager at the time (Al), and he was not too helpful, he said it was ordered and quickly brushed me off the phone. Not the kind of service I expect when spending this kind of money. Lucky for me Al moved on and Ryan took his spot as the used car manager. Ryan was very helpful, kept me constantly updated on the second key, and even made sure I was reimbursed for the key programming locally since I lived several hours away. So 1 star taken away for the poor service originally tracking down the second key, but still 4 stars for the rest of the experience. Simon and Ryan were both very professional and a pleasure to work with.

Jeremy has a great knowledge of the cars - particularly the technical aspects - and was able to answer all questions and did a great job of keeping us informed about all the aspects of the process. Highly recommend both him and the dealership.

We recently worked with Dennis in Sales, and Larry the Sales Manager, to purchase a Q5 from Audi Princeton. We also got to meet Jeremy in Sales as well. We found the entire team to be friendly, courteous and professional. Just bought an Audi Q3 from the location. It was one of the best car buying experience I have had in my life. Client Advisor Jade was so thorough in her explanation and detailed out every single thing for me before even I stepped into the dealership. While there, it took a very little time to close the deal and get the vehicle out of the dealership. Just bought my Audi A4 from Audi of Princeton about 2 weeks ago. Was a great experience. Jeremy and sales manager Larry helped make the experience seem less stressful and more straightforward. They worked with us through our constraints and were flexible with what we wanted for our car. I did have to bring the car back to get something adjusted (which they fixed and addressed immediately, but overall I would definitely recommend going to this dealership if you are interested in getting a new Audi vehicle!
