I’m not one to write reviews, as evidenced by the fact that this is my second post, but the experience I had with Gent at Jack Daniels Audi contrasted in the best way with my experience at other luxury dealers. As someone who looks rather young, I find that I am not always taken seriously when I enter into luxury dealers. This usually takes the form of long wait times, poor service, or rather casual attitudes regarding how I’m treated as a customer. Gent was extremely attentive from the onset of our correspondence, and listened to my specific concerns regarding both car and contract, offering fair market pricing and appropriate follow-up contacts concerning service. 10/10 service and a great rep.
