Picking out paint for an entire new construction home felt like the most daunting task ever. I was so nervous for my meeting at SW because I truly didn’t know what I wanted and didn’t understand undertones, sheens, and other important paint talk. My dad, who is a contractor, suggested I meet with Kate as she had been incredibly helpful for his other projects. So, I did. Kate made this entire process very easy and fun. She taught me so much and I feel great that I had the opportunity to work with her. Kate has this incredible professionalism mixed with friendliness that makes you feel instantly at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations. She took the time to really listen to my vision and understand my color pallet. She helped me work through colors and understand how each would look in different lights and sheens. She pointed out undertones that any average joe, like myself, would have never noticed. Almost importantly, she helped me to make sure my colors flowed throughout the house. She helped match coordinating colors for accent walls, trim, and doors and knew everything line of paint she carried like the back of her hand. She took the time to explain the benefits of each type and made sure that the paint fit our lifestyle — with a toddler and dog. Kate is not only an incredibly knowledgeable manager but she is also genuinely kind and friendly. She truly cares about you and your project and makes you feel so comfortable. I can’t thank her enough for everything she did to make this process an easy and fun one. I highly recommend Kate and the Paramus Sherwin Williams store beyond words. I am truly grateful for her help and kindness.

Have been shopping here for a couple of years now. This is my go to paint store. Very organized, and the staff is always very helpful. The manager Kate is a very good problem solver, and has helped me countless times to get supplies last minute for a project or helped in choosing the right product and color for my projects.

Kate was amazing. Not only did she offer us coffee, she matched our paint sample perfectly. She is relatable and has a great sense of humor as well. Would highly recommend her for any future paint needs.

I had always gotten paint and supplies at the Lowe’s and Home Depot’s prior to this. I decided to go to the Sherwin Williams store and now I will never go anywhere else. A young, red-headed lady approached me and gave me a level of service I’ve never had before. She was incredibly knowledgeable and guided me to make the correct choices for the look I was going for. Overall I had an excellent service experience.

Since I've started the renovation of my home, I've been to this store at least for times. And each time I've been through those doors, I've had a pleasurable experience. Very curtious, friendly and knowledgeable of what they do. At the Paramus store location, you will definitely leave with all of your questions answered and more educated when you leave. This was my first time shopping at Sherwin-Williams. And Kate, the sale rep was very helpful and patient with me. I called her early in the afternoon concerning your wood stains; and she agreed to look into it and call me back since I was traveling from Manhattan to New Jersey. Kate returned my call and when I arrived she had everything laid out for me. Great service!!!

We are the proud owners of North Jersey Painters and even though we don’t use Sherwin-Williams Paint we get a lot of our supplies here. My husband, Eric, purchases from this location multiple times a week and between Craig, the manager, and Romysaa, the assistant manager, he always has such a great experience. They both just go above and beyond for him finding him all the tools he’s looking for. They’re both super pleasant, professional and knowledgeable about the product they’re selling. North Jersey Painters will continue purchasing from this location as long as these two are working there. It has been a pleasure!

The associates were incredibly helpful. They were friendly, made sure I got the right paint, and I had to wait a fraction of the time that it usually takes to get paint at Lowes or Home Depot.

I have been buying my paint from here for years. I always recommended this store to my family and friends. Never have I ever had an issue with the staff. Supper friendly and same goes to the managers of the store. The only time I have seen the employees in a slow paste is when they are training a new employee. Through out the years I have seen many customers of different race shop at this store and NEVER seen an employee treat them any different.

My wife and two girls went to buy paint at this store. The three people working there .one was very rude to them and did not help them till they ask for help 15 min later and no one else there shopping! My wife is aisan and i am white my girls are biracial and maybe he did not like that ,my guess he is a racist. Will try and call main office.i will never buy paint from them again.
