The gym is in need of attention and cleaning . The machines are filthy, full of dust, dirt, and hair. The rugs in some areas are ripped and dirty. The 1 mat I found in the fitness room was/is old and ripped. Definitely needs to step up it's cleaning game. ~Melanie

I went to Target in need of a SIM card for a Consumer Cellular phone for my mom and a need to reactivate her phone. Went yesterday at around 6 p.m., thinking I had more than enough time for the purchase and support. When I arrived, though, they told me that only a Mobile Support could help, and they were gone for the day. I could come back the following day after 10:00 a.m. I work during the day and my mother needs her phone, so I called the Hackensack store, hoping to resolve the issue in another store. Called twice. No one answered. So I drove there. There was no one at the Tech counter at all or in the area. After floating around and looking for some sign of a person or information, I saw a sign that read that Mobile Support is available from 10 to 5. Being well past the hour, I went back home. Today, I rushed out early from work to the Paramus Target before. I arrived at roughly 4:45. No one was at the counter, so again, I and a few others were forced to find help on other parts of the floor. This took a good 10 minutes, which meant I might lose the small window to the help I needed. When someone finally came to help, I was told that Mobile Support was long gone. It was not yet 5, I had arrived 10 minutes earlier and seen no one there. They explained that unfortunately, employees must actually check out at 5 on the dot or be reprimanded. If Target management is reading this review: 1. You need people on your phones. No one is answering them. 2. You need clear signage at your Tech Support counter. 3. If an employee is required to be out the door at 5, then the actual available time is not 5 but 4:45 or something to that affect. That window may not seem important to you, but as a customer who also works on a schedule and who depends on your services to keep my mother connected to her phone, it matters quite a bit to me. ~Sergia

Picking out paint for an entire new construction home felt like the most daunting task ever. I was so nervous for my meeting at SW because I truly didn’t know what I wanted and didn’t understand undertones, sheens, and other important paint talk. My dad, who is a contractor, suggested I meet with Kate as she had been incredibly helpful for his other projects. So, I did. Kate made this entire process very easy and fun. She taught me so much and I feel great that I had the opportunity to work with her. Kate has this incredible professionalism mixed with friendliness that makes you feel instantly at ease. She is incredibly knowledgeable and exceeded my expectations. She took the time to really listen to my vision and understand my color pallet. She helped me work through colors and understand how each would look in different lights and sheens. She pointed out undertones that any average joe, like myself, would have never noticed. Almost importantly, she helped me to make sure my colors flowed throughout the house. She helped match coordinating colors for accent walls, trim, and doors and knew everything line of paint she carried like the back of her hand. She took the time to explain the benefits of each type and made sure that the paint fit our lifestyle — with a toddler and dog. Kate is not only an incredibly knowledgeable manager but she is also genuinely kind and friendly. She truly cares about you and your project and makes you feel so comfortable. I can’t thank her enough for everything she did to make this process an easy and fun one. I highly recommend Kate and the Paramus Sherwin Williams store beyond words. I am truly grateful for her help and kindness. ~Danielle

I could not get in at any of the other America's Best facilities. I called Paramus and spoke to an incredible representative named Joseph. He was so sweet, articulate, and accommodating. His customer service was beyond excellent and I was able to secure an appointment. I also spoke to his manager David who was also very personable, professional, and all about customer care. This is definitely the place to go! It is impossible to find this level of customer appreciation anywhere post covid. I give this place a 10 and I am extremely happy thanks to Joseph and David. ~Deborah

This renovation is wonderful! The store is so open and bright. I love everything they’ve done. The staff is wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly. And they have pretty much everything you could ever need . ~Tommy

Worse CVS ever! Ordered a refill even gave the lady an old container so she can remember the name and other info. Came back to pick it up no one was even aware of my order. It happen more than twice with the same individual! I don't go there anymore! Obviously is too much to handle for the black long hair, chubby cheek girl. ~Fitore
