First time back since the remodel..WOW, they really did an excellent job! The selection and staff were awesome. I would highly recommend this place to anyone with an interest in fabric arts

Everyone I have encountered at JoAnn’s in Paramus is so helpful. Never have I ever or noticed any customer being rushed. Just a really pleasant experience! They always go that extra mile to assist. Thank you for a relaxing shopping experience.

They seem to have whatever one would need for any sewing or standard crafts project. Their assortment of fabrics rivals that of a fabric only store I used to visit and they have a lot of buttons, trims, needles and various weight threads. On the downside, I didn't find anyone out on the floor to assist customers and there was only one register open leaving me 8th in line to check out - and it was a LONG wait. The cashier called a supervisor three times in over 10 minutes - that I was in line - for an employee purchase and the person never showed up. It didn't affect the rest of the line but is concerning from a business and customer service standpoint. A business that values its customers doesn't leave them standing in line for 10 minutes.

Great store. Registers are hit or miss with lines... You'll either have no one waiting or everyone waiting in front of you. But the knowledge and kindness of employees outweighs the waiting. Be prepared for longer lines around holidays. Frequent sales. JoAnn's app provides coupons.

What can say. I'm super biased because I am a crafter. The store is well organized, and clean. It's a big store, and you have plenty of space to idle while you get your inspiration, alongside other crafters. The store could benefit from adding a few more sewing patterns to their stock. They have a few (all great) but not many patterns for things other than clothes.

Very nice. They redid it in 2021 and it's beautiful. They have more fabric/paint/yarn/beads/wire/ other supplies then you can imagine. Very nice staff and great store.

The store went through a remodeling since I was here last. Whoever designed the it should be fired! There is no rhyme or reason to the flow of the shelving displays leaving it very difficult to navigate the store. High shelving units block areas from view when walking the main aisle. I have been here twice in the past week and both times walked out frustrated because I could not find what I was looking for.

This renovation is wonderful! The store is so open and bright. I love everything they’ve done. The staff is wonderful, very knowledgeable and friendly. And they have pretty much everything you could ever need .

Wow. A whole lot more than fabric. Came here just to buy some elastic but there's so much other stuff that I browsed for a while. Arts, crafts, frames, games, artificial flowers, and more. It's a pretty large store and loaded with stuff. Easy parking. Not crowded. Kinda tricky to find the driveway leading to the store.
