Worst experience. This will be my second time ordering ship to store items and the store is unable to complete the order. Twice to order was shipped incomplete with no help offered. They are a very un-reliable service and will never want to use them again.

Always dirty in and out of store...Very bad customer service. Kids and adults eat candy in store and throw garbage around. Messy.

The service here is horrible !!! They don’t offer bags or even carts to hold my items… not to mention the lady was rude about it once I confronted her about not having bags or anything to store my stuff she then began to Huff and puff, roll her eyes and walked away. This is disgusting!! I work at a business myself In which I deal with costumers all the time and this is no way to handle it. Even if you can’t provide exactly what a person need at least try and give an alternative and that’s never the case in this store !! FIRE HER!!!

Store is one of the biggest. There are specific times in the year that I am coming here. Most before the holidays or a party. You can’t beat the priced here. Dollar Tree is the place to save $$$

Customer service is horrible and they let animals inside the store where there's food. Dogs in shopping carts are unsanitary especially for people with allergies. They aren't even service animals. Boxes all over the place and the employees will have carts in the aisle as they're stocking shelves and wont even give customers space to navigate the aisle. No greeting whatsoever, won't even give you room. There used to be kinder employees, I guess they're overworked. It's hard to be empathetic when they stopped caring altogether. I work in customer service myself. Love the products but hate going in here.

Totally messy. Only one person on cashier a big line. After some minute another person open another cashier. I used to love come here but unfortunately has being very disappointed.
