Customer service is horrible and they let animals inside the store where there's food. Dogs in shopping carts are unsanitary especially for people with allergies. They aren't even service animals. Boxes all over the place and the employees will have carts in the aisle as they're stocking shelves and wont even give customers space to navigate the aisle. No greeting whatsoever, won't even give you room. There used to be kinder employees, I guess they're overworked. It's hard to be empathetic when they stopped caring altogether. I work in customer service myself. Love the products but hate going in here. ~Tiffany
