Michael's is a fantastic store. I an framing a bunch of photos I have collected over the years. Their selection of frames is stupidous. I have one group of photographs of my sister that I don't have the equipment or experience to frame. But, Michael's has people that can frame this special group of my sister that goes back to 1959 until she graduated from nursing school and Continental Airlines Stewardess training. Christmas at Michael's is especially festive.

Decent store but there are only two cashiers and 0-1 employees to assist in the aisles. Be prepared to wait 20-25 minutes to check out. Kind of ridiculous...

I called ahead about an item I saw online. They got it from the shelf and it was there at the checkout when I went there. They also had lots of stuff on sale. Spring and Easter stuff 50%off.

I went 30 minutes till closing on a weekend and it was empty all I got was a box cake that I need parking was safe and the employees were friendly they had a lot of sales didn't stay since I was in a hurry but I will be back I liked this store!!

Almost always cheery, positive and helpful professionals. This location gets busy; the cashiers especially handle stress and testy customers with grace and patience, 'not always an easy feat. A+.

The worst ever in everything possible that could be retail. Zero employees to assist. There are only two cashiers and zero employees to assist in the aisles. Might as well have self checkouts and zero staff. Save the company money. Terrible store. Be prepared to waste your time finding nothing you’re looking for.

Good selection of seasonal decor. Had a sale on foam pumpkins. Always seems to be a sale on some items. Coupons are emailed daily.
