I’ve never felt so uncomfortable shopping at this store. I was with my guy friend looking at skin care products and just shopping around. Two of the associates that work there kept walking by me and my friend while asking us SEVERAL times do we need help after I said I was fine. It made me feel like we were being racially profiled. That was the most horrific shopping experience I’ve ever had. I may never go shop at this store again.

I could not find La Roche Poshe sunscreen anywhere in the triangle area and finally got it here!! The staffs at the store were very helpful in selecting other products as well.

Accompanied a friend with her handful of instore coupons, only to discover the "coupons" were not for the items she wanted. She won't be back, as for me the smell is overwhelming, to the point of actually "tasting" the smell. Needs some fresh air.

My go to Ulta for all of my needs. Employees are friendly and helpful. The only thing is that you have to go in to pick up your order if you ordered online instead of calling as directed, because in my experience they don’t pick up their phone. They’re probably too busy, and it’s not a big deal to me to just walk in, but to someone people it might be.

Incase anybody was wondering this place is really pricy. I went here looking for an eyeshadow brush and nail polish for my mom's birthday. They had neither. However they have better chapstick pricing than Target.

I’ve had my hair done twice at the salon by Brianna and I am blown away by her skills. Her talent with color is amazing! My hair hasn’t looked this great in years. I would recommend her to anyone looking for exactly what they want with their color and then some.

Scheduled an appointment for 5pm for a haircut and was super excited to try Ulta’s salon. Stylist called me and asked if I could come in earlier because her earlier appointments cancelled, I explained I was at work so I needed to keep my 5pm appointment. I called on my way to tell her I’d be early if she still had the early appointment. Turns out she left and my appointment “vanished” from their books. Sounds like someone wanted to cut out early from work. Super disappointed honestly.
