I’ve never felt so uncomfortable shopping at this store. I was with my guy friend looking at skin care products and just shopping around. Two of the associates that work there kept walking by me and my friend while asking us SEVERAL times do we need help after I said I was fine. It made me feel like we were being racially profiled. That was the most horrific shopping experience I’ve ever had. I may never go shop at this store again. ~Shaneka

Since last 6 years Suvidha was my go to place for any Indian grocery however now I have noticed there is steep price hike (Compared to other Indian grocery stores). Yesterday they were charging $1.99 for a $.99 printed product, when showed cashier that it’s printed price is $.99 her response was we don’t care if you have to buy or get lost. New recruits don’t try to connect with customer and they have lots of expired products which they are not removing even after telling it to cashier. Please see below expired products still available in Suvidha. Date - 25th April 2022 Today I visited Suvidha and looked around for Indian packed food, within few minutes found Noodles packets which were expired on Dec 2021, I showed the packet to the cashier and she just nodded that it’s expired, Suvidha is risking their customer life for few dollars. ~Monis

I used the car wash. I paid $17 for their best wash. Pulled out, went home which is literally right up the street. Noticed that there was still mud on my car and the back window didn't get clean at all. So I went back with my car, and I asked for a refund. I was told by the manager that I'm the only one that had a problem and I wouldn't get any refund. So because no one else said anything or didn't have a problem, that means I must not have had a problem? Funny thing is, I was considering a subscription to this car wash, but definitely not anymore. Do yourself a favor and go to Car Wash Lodge. My car came out spotless. ~Andrew

HAIR CUT FOR A CAUSE! Just came back from a lovely service. Jade is an awesome stylist. My daughter donated her hair for a cause today and it was Jade who cut/style/blow her hair. The service was great and my daughter felt so comfortable and confident during the whole process. Jade suggested the style that would look good on my daughter and it really did. Made me wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes only to tell me there was an issue with my insurance for a COVID test. Was told to wait around until they could get it sorted. It's been 2 hours and no resolution has been reached. Incompetence rules at this place. Edit: it took them 4 hours to get their insurance verification system back up and running, and by the time they got around to calling me back, I’d not only found a testing site who could take me that day, I’d also already gotten my result back. There’s no telling how long this CVS would’ve taken to report my result had I not left when I did. ~Connor

Gas pumps are pretty old and don't be a victim of paying for the car wash while fueling from the pumps. They will charge for the wash along with gas but won't give any receipt or code to use for wash. Store attendant will give a irresponsible answer and totally useless. Just beware and don't fall victim for car wash combo offer. ~lingeswaran

I went to this location to sign up, front desk staff looked at me without a greeting or hello, gave me the paper and said it's not working unable to sign me up. Had an attitude when I asked for number to the place so I could follow up and she said "its on the door" and refused to give me her name and walked away. Staff is rude and I thank her for encouraging me and the future memberships I was going to gift them with ( new workout group of 15+) not to go there. Thanks and thanks to the owner that hired someone that lacks customer service or can't even pretend to be kind for 10 minutes. Thanks girl with no name you did me a favor and I found a better gym to accommodate us the same day. ~AJ
