Worst experience i ever had.. wanted to rate lower than 1 star. We happened to stop by this cvs location for an allergy medicine for our 9 month old child who has severe eczema and with special needs.. Also we planned on changing his daiper before giving him medicine.. realized that there was no gender neutral family room ( i need my husbands help to change baby's daiper., for his skin condition and sensitivity) So we decided to use womens restroom and thought of alerting women who enters the room., also locked the door from inside.. While we were helping the child, a women(worker at cvs) knocked and kind of yelled at us for locking it from inside.. we explained the situation and to my surprise, she was extremely rude and asked us if we dont have a car!! And we got to change the daiper in the car... i was stunned by her expression and response.. she kept monitoring us.. We didnt say a word, but thanked her for sparing with us... I couldnt take off the scene from my mind and thought of sharing my experience here. What kind of place or person lacks empathy!! Thats okay if one cannot help a person with a child of special needs or a pregnant women, but please dont belittle or yell at someone who is already in trouble.. you never know how their day was.. Be kind, it costs nothing but means everything... I hope she understands it someday..

I always try to be pleasant when talking to workers, so I don’t know why one of the pharmacists is literally always so rude to me when I come through the drive through. She is very short with you & gives you dirty looks. I dread having to talk to her because she honestly intimidates me 🙃

The guy in the drive thru made my day today, and my pup says thank you for the bone! This location is usually very busy, the staff is kind but you can tell they are burnt out. I just hope that they can get more staff hired on to help.

Made me wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes only to tell me there was an issue with my insurance for a COVID test. Was told to wait around until they could get it sorted. It's been 2 hours and no resolution has been reached. Incompetence rules at this place. Edit: it took them 4 hours to get their insurance verification system back up and running, and by the time they got around to calling me back, I’d not only found a testing site who could take me that day, I’d also already gotten my result back. There’s no telling how long this CVS would’ve taken to report my result had I not left when I did.

You can literally always count on pharmacy staff to be rude and glacially slow. Latest example includes being moved to the back of a 45-minute line because they made an error with my insurance.

I was at the store for the first time , I was standing on the pharmacy consulting counter , there was the pharmacist, a tech that was busy and I women on the register, the pharmacist just finish with a customer and I was next , never look at me , moved to a register and attended, a customer the enter the pharmacy after me, so I wait nobody attended or even look at me all I need was to transfer all my wife and my prescription to CVS , I just move her from Miami. Mr pharmacist thank you for the welcome. I will go to Walmart.

Pharmacist was rude and yelled at me because I requested the store to NOT auto-refill my prescriptions. I've had this noted in my account and the request has been made no less than 5 times. The pharmacist said it was in the notes but they continue to DISREGARD my wishes. I will NOT patronize an establishment that does not respect me. Junior Talley is the head pharmacist at this location.

This CVS location is great! Everything is clean and organized and fully stocked. Store manager Greg was very kind and welcoming when I entered the store. They even had an item that I usually have to run all over town to find. I will be shopping here from now on.

Junior is great. Knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, informative. He's great with customers, and actually acts like he cares about people. I'm leaving my review at 5 stars because one bad experience (explanation below) doesn't invalidate years of previously great service. EDIT: I switched pharmacies long ago due to convenience. Unfortunately, this week my doctor made a mistake and sent my prescription to CVS instead of the pharmacy that I was currently in. The woman that I spoke to in order to find out if my prescription was there was.. not helpful. She treated me as if I were doing something wrong and was quite obviously angry/rude with me. After lies and miscalculations (or mistakes on her part?), the pharmacy that I WAS at straightened it out. I just have no idea why this woman acted like she had a vendetta against me. I'm a paying customer and did not deserve to be treated the way that I was treated. No one does.

I've been going to this CVS since I moved here in 2005. Junior Talley is professional, caring, a great role model to the staff, and a great servant to his customers. I've seen this time and time again. I'm in the healthcare field and feel compelled to share my admiration and respect for his service to the community. I have since changed to getting my scripts at work but occasionally stop in for other items. Keep up the good work Junior!
