Never buy food from here.. I wanted a quick bite so decided to try their Biryani as I was hungry. Bought it and Came home, opened it to eat. Found fungus all over within the box.. I think it has to be at least few days old to get fungus like that. Never buying food from here again..

My favorite store when it comes to variety and reasonable cost. I have been a regular customer with them for the past 2 years and never ever I have been disappointed Although on a couple of occasions I had to wait for longer time for checking out but that is understandable.

Since last 6 years Suvidha was my go to place for any Indian grocery however now I have noticed there is steep price hike (Compared to other Indian grocery stores). Yesterday they were charging $1.99 for a $.99 printed product, when showed cashier that it’s printed price is $.99 her response was we don’t care if you have to buy or get lost. New recruits don’t try to connect with customer and they have lots of expired products which they are not removing even after telling it to cashier. Please see below expired products still available in Suvidha. Date - 25th April 2022 Today I visited Suvidha and looked around for Indian packed food, within few minutes found Noodles packets which were expired on Dec 2021, I showed the packet to the cashier and she just nodded that it’s expired, Suvidha is risking their customer life for few dollars.

Prices hike and check carefully the prices on the system too while billing . Elder lady is very rude and charging more than the Price shown on the item. We need to check and let them know to correct the price . never paid 1.49 $ for a curry leaves packet too .

Worst customer service. There's an elder person (lady) who is always rude to customers. She billed one of my items twice and I have noticed that and informed her. She confidently said that she hasn't charged the item twice but she was wrong after checking.

When online orders are not accepted the website could be blocked from placing orders. Instead many times the order is placed and when expecting delivery we hear no delivery until sale is over.

This used be a good place for Groceries and Food items specially Samosas.. but over the period of time, I realized that - Quality is not good as it used to be before. I specially used to like the Samosas, but I stopped eating their samosas now, because the price is high, Quality is worst, they always stinks oil, and taste is horrible. Also, the Food items specially vegetables are not good Quality. Looks like, they are taking all customers for Granted and think customers do not have any other option, While there are many others now.
