Jim was an very helpful and enthusiastic salesmen. He made this tour an 10/10 experience, I would never expect a gym tour to be as great of an experience as today. Motivates me to want to come back and enjoy LA fitness.

Jim helped me and my friend Audrey out to join LA Fitness. He is an amazing and enthusiastic person to work with! He should get a raise!!! We walked in excited to join the gym and he immediately helped up and answered all of our questions. i recommend seeing Jim to get your membership at LA Fitness in Paramus NJ. His tour of the gym was extremely helpful to make my decision on joining. Jim really brightened up our day the second we walked in. 5 stars, definitely recommend.

First time back in a fitness center in some time. I was really amazed at the size of this LA Fitness, it's huge and roomy. Lots of studios, plenty of cardio and circuit machines. Huge free weight area. Organized very clean and not one piece of equipment was out of order, unheard of. This location has a great three lane pool with windows on three walls, lots of natural light. Sauna in the men's room. The changing room was clean. Didn't seem that busy at noon. Staff is welcoming and didn't try to make a sale during my 7 day trial. Definitely one of the most comfortable fitness centers I've been to.

Moved into Bergen County recently and needed a new gym. LA Fitness seemed to be the popular choice and man! Gym’s huge and well-kept. Tons of machines and weights. Massive group fitness room. Always a cardio machine open. Overall just super nice. Monthly dues aren’t that much besides an annual fee which every decent gym has. Kyle saved us a down payment for me and a family member. Thank you Kyle for the help and information!

The gym is kept clean. The staff is friendly, and unlike some LA Fitness locations don't interrupt your workout to try and sell you the services of a trainer. Too often the hot tub, sauna, or something is out of order, but even that happens far less here than some of their locations.

Great facility and amazing staff! Walter, the general manager, has treated me and my friend with so much care and patience. The whole staff is there to take care of you! Clean and comfortable environment. 10/10.

The gym is in need of attention and cleaning . The machines are filthy, full of dust, dirt, and hair. The rugs in some areas are ripped and dirty. The 1 mat I found in the fitness room was/is old and ripped. Definitely needs to step up it's cleaning game.

Overall experience was fantastic. Marcela and Walter were the ones to attend me. The gym is very clean and friendly could not have had a better experience. Will highly recommend this gym to all my colleagues and friends.

Gym is pretty big with plenty machines. Leidy was the one to show us around and she was very sweet and patient as we had many questions. She made us want to join as she wasn't pushy trying To force us to get a membership but sold us on the gym. 10/10 recommend

Had a great tour with Walter today who took his time to understand my fitness needs and make recommendations. The gym was fairly full, appeared clean and ending my tour the maintenance person was about to clean the ladies locker room. The hot tub was out of order but otherwise seemed like all was in order. Looking forward to my Fitness journey with this LA Fitness location.
