Michael's is my go to craft store! It's locations are near and easy to get to. However, lately, there has been a shortage for certain supplies. I hope shortage doesn't last for long. Sales reps are kind and courteous.

They usually have what I need for a quick grab. There is always plenty of parking. And, they accept on-line coupons from my phone. The staff is usually helpful and offer alternatives when they don't have the exact product.

Selection seemed a little sparse as compared to other michaels I've been to - especially disappointed there weren't any Toho beads, and the shelves had a lot of empty spaces. Loads of parking, and the staff was all masked.

I love this Michael's! They opened up where the old AC Moore used to be. I never like going to the other on town because it's in a huge plaza and you can never find parking. This one always has friendly staff, ready to help. Everyone is kind and it's always kept nice and clean.

I don't know what's happening to Michael's ... Why is it the hobby lobby, the Dollar tree, Tuesday morning, is getting more supplies than Michaels and Jo-Ann's also gets more supplies than Michael's. Michaels cardstock is low and they have the same thing over and over again and the sales are not that great and there's not many beads pretty beads you can choose from they're just lacking a lot of stuff no no sales on ribbons and it's just getting harder to go there because you can't find anything. Michael's is the closest to me but I'm not going to be overcharged when I can get things cheaper and of the same quality. Please Michaels do something about this we want our stores open we want to shop we need more sales we need more more merchandise and we need things that are new and not the same old stuff. Michaels we need you please let us know what's going on give us more options because we need our stores open and we need to go shop. I do really love you but keep me happy and keep us happy

Love the yarn selection here! Always have at least one section of yarn on sale, which is pretty cool. Staff is helpful when you ask for anything. Cashiers are always courteous and sweet! Everything generally flows really nicely here and the parking is awesome!

Very nice location with ample parking. Store was clean and aisles were not cluttered. Lots of sale and clearance items. Store seems understaffed, but the line moved quickly. Cashiers were friendly.

I am happy they put this Michael’s Arts & Crafts in Styertown even though there was one already in Clifton on Route 3. That parking lot for the one onRt 3 is a nightmare. Since I seem to come here so often, it is easier to run in and get what I need. Staff is great. As of 10/28/21 they are still hiring but I have always been able to find help when needed. Halloween things are down and the Christmas decorations are already going up. 11/22/21: Back at one of my favorite stores today. They keep getting more and more stock and a variety of items as well. I was able to pick up a couple of Halloween decorations at a huge discount for next year. I also picked up something’s for Christmas. Many of the Christmas items were on sale. Please note, it is highly worth it to join their Rewards Program if you plan on shopping there. You get money back to use on a future visit every time you buy something. They often have coupons on their website. They also give discounts to Teachers 15%, Military 15% and Seniors starting at age 55 10%.
