Dollar Tree vs. Dollar Store vs. Dollar General. The Dollar Tree doesn't carry the same quality of products as I've seen at other "dollar stores". That even sounds weird writing these word. Truth be told, the Dollar General in Lower Mt. Bethel, PA.; across the Portland Toll bridge by Columbia, NJ into PA. has a much better selection of products, especially food products. Dollar Tree is good if you live locally,. Otherwise, go to Walmart or to Dollar General or any other "dollar" store of your liking. P.S. The women who work at the Dollar Tree are very nice; especially Debra. She's a very pleasant and attractive woman with beautiful eyes, who I would love to get to know.

We walked into this dollar tree, not realizing they were “about” to close in 2 minutes. (the door was still open, and people were still inside store) As myself, step daughter and her friend entered the cashier said “we’re closing soon” I said oh as, we are just grabbing snacks quick, before those words would exit my mouth the manager or whoever she was says from across the room and i quite “ YOU HAVE 30 SECONDS!!!!! WE ARE CLOSED!!!” Wow. What a way to be greeted as we entered a store BEFORE they closed. This manager / blonde headed miserable woman needs to be fired! It was so rude, I had to make a review so upper management sees it!

This is usually a good Dollar Tree location. I think the stock was kind of low due to the holiday season. I'd still recommend! It'!

I have frequented 3 different Dollar Tree stores in the past week. Most of the merchandise is similar from store to store. By and large, I appreciate the value for the dollar. I also appreciate their policies which are consumer centered and the personnel is welcoming. I did encounter one particular location on a Sunday morning as soon as they opened that was a shambles; I took it upon myself to pick items up off the floor to reshelf them...which left a bad impression whether or not to revisit THAT location, again. As with any business, there is a chain of command: buyers, distributors, MANAGERS, merchandise stock personnel, store employee personnel, cashiers, etc. Each and every store location is represented by the efficiency of the 'manager' who, by their qualifications and attitude of their position, can make or break the consumer confidence the Dollar Tree so relies on... particularly with the abundance of the numerous, competitive brick & mortar stores all of whom are vying for supremacy. Hence, make it a point to leave a review...good, bad or indifferent so as to alert the Dollar Tree execs. what is working for them...and what needs immediate attention.

I loved this store I found good quality items that retailed for a lot of money for only $1 , I found Himalayan pink sea salt, crunchy rice rolls, Kleenex and Scotties (148 2 ply tissues), Franco Sarto pantyhoses (usually retail for $9) And a lot of more stuff ❤️

I worked as a casher for 2 years. I can tell you that dude Noah you have behind the counter has the gift. 15 people in line dude kept a happy expression the whole time. Up his pay. 🙏🙏🙏

I gave the store 3 stars because I really like the inventory. However beware of the unpleasant female employee. I will not use her name in this review for privacy. I was asking for a specific item and before i could even get the words out she cut me off with a LOUD “NO!”. The same employee checked me out and rudely told me to take my basket back to where I came in. 😂🤣 All I could do was laugh. She gives off a vibe as if she wishes she was working somewhere else. I was extra pleasant with her. Hope some of my peaceful aura spreads to her. Long story short I will not be spending my money here again!

Some Dollar Trees are messy and in disarray but this Dollar Tree is usually neat, clean and orderly. Tonight, it was a pleasant visit. Found everything quickly and their sale books, while still a little in chaos, yields great finds. I always find at least two expensive hard cover books for a dollar. Gel pens are incredible, big, big selection. In a few years they will approach the variety of Big Lots & Job Lots. For my taste, this chain is better than Family Dollar or Dollar General.

This store is disgusting. Everytime I take a chance and go in again it's dirtier than it was the time before. Its messy, with items laying in the aisles and boxes everywhere, but also dirty. The rug is filthy and the entire store is dirty. The Dollar Trees in Flanders and the ITC are 1000% times better and worth the longer drive.

I’ve been meaning to come on here and tell this story. About two weeks ago I went to the dollar store in Mansfield. I have never really had a problem in this store before but I went in and saw stuff laying all over the ground in the aisles and there was a cashier with a big line and another worker just standing in an aisle on his phone. I believe his name was Mahmoud. It annoyed me that the cashier was dealing with a long line and he was just on his phone. Then I go up to him and ask him for help and his attitude was like I was interrupting him from sending a text that would save the world. All I asked was where I could find a back scratcher and he rolled his eyes and chuckled at me like I was dumb. Then he told me they didn’t have any. I go over one aisle and boom there’s at least 5 back scratchers. I was probably in the store for about 20 minutes and the whole time this kid was just on his phone. Like come on man. You could be putting stuff on the shelves or cleaning some of the stuff out of the aisles. Not sure what this kid gets paid for. He doesn’t do anything and from my experience it does not appear he has any customer service skills. I feel just as bad for the workers that have to pick up his slack as I do for all the customers that have to deal with this kid on a daily basis. Mahmoud should at least be talked to. This store has gone down hill over the last year.
