My visit was truly worthwhile and I truly can't stress enough about how amazing the customer service was and how the clerk Billy from Philly, treated me and my cousins. Seriously what a guy it was so nice to just have a good conversation with him and he made a pretty small snack run to 7/11, worthwhile, big ups to Billy. Cheers

The guy there on 07/28/22 at 2:46, horrible customer service, was extremely rude, don’t even know how to use the lotto machine. Horrible individual. Not useful and waste of space and oxygen. If I could have given negative stars I would have… this one star is reaching…

Ridiculous prices. Refuse to give you change because of an apparent change shortage. Every other 7-Eleven other than the 2 stores he ownes in this county gives you your change. It may just be coins but it is the point of it. I have willingly left my pennies and nickels when my change is given. When you make that decision for me and refuse me my change, I will NEVER go in to your stores again because you are a price gouger and a thief.

Wouldn't give me my .70 change. So I canceled what I was getting. Everywhere else has change. So at the end of day when they've kept all change and your drawer is way over, I guess they keep the money. That's theft!!!!!

Google maps led me there for gas. Guess what they DON'T have? GAS!!! Not good when you're nearing empty and ask Google where the nearest gas station is.

Whoever the middle aged woman working there today was acted very unprofessionally. We were the only customers in the store, but she still acted like we were inconveniencing her day. Not only that, she wrongly stated which Slurpee machine was cycling, so I ended up with a bad one anyway. I worked in customer service for 6 years, and never would have been allowed to have the kind of attitude she did today. We were very tempted to just leave our items and walk out. Very poor customer service. 2 stars because the gentleman there last night wasn't half as unpleasant as she was.

If you can avoid this store or the other 7-11 a little further south of this location I would recommend avoiding it at all costs! The same person owns both franchises and let’s just say it makes sense why the employees refer to him as “Rick the d!ck”! I’ve personally seen customers make a remark about things being ridiculously priced much higher than at any other 7-11’s and he laughs and says “it’s saltwater tax”. There are a few employees that switch back and forth between both stores that are really nice but the ones who aren’t really aren’t and act like you’re bothering them when you try to make a purchase. The other 7-11’s towards the north end of the island must have different owners because the prices for the same exact items at the other stores aren’t as heavily inflated. Being a local, I like most of my neighbors will either leave the island or go further down the island to another store or to Publix to avoid paying ridiculously high prices at this store. AVOID IF AT ALL POSSIBLE!

We went at a little before 10 and were told we could not shop because it was shift change or something. Never had that happen at any convenience store before. It kinda sucked because we walked there.

My friend and I stopped in for an afternoon cup of coffee after a long day relaxing in the sun. Jeff made us a fresh pot of coffee and took the time to talk to us. Way to go Jeff for providing excellent customer service although he was busy.
