Mavis in Hackettstown is incredible. James the manager is excellent and communicates great. I recently signed up for a Mavis credit card and I highly recommend doing it as you get some really good discounts on services. In addition to Hackettstown being awesome, I have had great experiences with all locations. They really strive for great customer satisfaction, and prices are definitely better than most other shops.

I scheduled an appointment at 7:00 am for 9:00 am and was able to get the slow leak in my tire fixed very quickly. The service professional kept me informed and visited to show me the broken tip of a razor blade that was stuck in my tire. He said the plug may not hold but he would try his best to repair. Long story short, the plug held and they have earned my repeat business.

I had a great experience with Mavis. The manager Eric took care of me and got me in to change a flat tire the same day that I walked in. Not only that, but he changed the flat only a few hours after I left my car with a full schedule on his plate. He was professional and very empathetic about the time sensitive matter. I would go back for another car issue because Eric was so easy to deal with. This also happened on a Sunday when they were very packed and I had no appointment.

This has been my second time going to mavis with a Flat tire issue and both times have been treated so wonderful. The manager was so great he fit me in both times I have come in and fixed the tire right away even with a full bay of cars. In trying times for everyone these days it's great to feel like big business care and not just ripping you off.. 😌

As a husband and a father, you tend take where you send your ladies for auto repair seriously. Honesty, professionalism, transparency, all very important factors. Eric was the personification of all of these principles. He was a total pro, before we knew it he took the nail out of the tire and had it patched up ready to go. I sincerely appreciate how the whole situation was handled.

I had a flat at I80E and got my car towed to Mavis Hackettstown. My car has unique tire size which there is nothing on stock anywhere. I am very satisfy with Mavis team. I'm new to the area my car was leaking oil make an appointment online for the following day. Went to Mavis tire and was taken in right away and James took great care of me was in and out of there so fast and the problem was fixed. I've gone to a lot of other places and made appointments online and never was taking this fast in and out for an oil change. Would definitely recommend for a quick oil change if you're in time restraint.

Seriously the best experience ever!!! My car was making a weird thumping noise so I Took my car of only three years to a local mechanic and they told me I needed new struts and it would cost over 1000. I found this really hard to believe so decided to call up Mavis to compare prices. Took a look at my car and basically told me there was a branch stuck underneath and that everything else was perfectly fine. Almost got screwed for a thousand bucks thank god there are still honest people in this world! Will definitely do all my business with them now!

James the front end Manager does such a good job of keeping the shop running smoothly. He has great customer service skills and works well to accommodate the customers. Your macanics are great guys.
