Stopped in here looking for a couple odds and ends while in town. In addition to stuff I needed for essentials, I was looking to see if they had any postcards to send to some friends out of town. No one I asked knew what a postcard was. I described it in detail as a card with an image on one side and room to write a message, recipient's address, and postage stamp on the back. They tried calling a manager to ask if they had stamps, not postcards. I ended up telling them not to worry about it and left. I get that postcards aren't as common as they once were, but who has never heard of them? Seriously?!

We did a catering order from here and I was very disappointed. Ordering online made it easy but some things were not clear like the “hot” foods don’t come hot and you have to heat them up your self . The penne vodka was mushy and clearly made and frozen . It didn’t taste good and the noodles were breaking down into mush . The eggplant rollatini was the same way, and came almost frozen . The chicken nuggets is just a scam, I could have paid half the price to just buy a bag of chicken nuggets and and heat them myself instead of their “catering “ nuggets which I still had to heat myself . And the quality was not great either . The other items we ordered came out ok but I would not order from here again . Pick up was a hassle and confusing on where to pay and where to pick up . I’ll pass on doing any other catering from here again. Very dissatisfied

Today bought fish which was advertised at 11.99/ib then rang up at 15.99/ib. They made me prove the price to them so I went back and took a picture. They then refuse to make it free. They only offered me the difference.

Everything great except... 3 of 14 registers open and long lines at both self check and the 3 open registers!!! ABSOLUTELY POOR MANAGEMENT!!! GETTING RIDICULOUS.

They have a full array of fish on display in their seafood department. I'm fairly new to this Shop-Rite store. Prices are better here than at Acme or Weis.

Due to the corner placement it's a super weird layout. It's fine as a store but it's the same distance as other ShopRites from me so I won't be going back. Well stocked though

I am beyond disgusted with this place. At first I loved the whole atmosphere and it would have got five stars from me but after my visit to the seafood department today all that goes out the window. Being that it is Good Friday I ordered about 3 lbs of shrimp and was rudely looked at and spoken to by the person I was giving my order to. In addition, when I proceeded to ask that he clean my fish (scales, head, tail ,guys) I was spoken to rudely again and was looked at like an alien that had asked for a foreign practice. When my husband picked up the fish he was spoken down to again and was told that this not normally done with that type of fish when I have never encountered an issue in all my years of life on this planet. Being an Army Vet I have been around the globe and have ordered fish for multiple places and have never encountered an issue. If this is what professionalism looks like then this ShopRite just lost it's customer. Educate your employees on having better manners then maybe you won't get so many negative reviews!!

The only good this about this miserable store is the light skin boy working there. Other than that I hated my experience all the food was disorganized and I felt like I was shopping wrong. And that bald guy was so rude and completely ignored me when I asked where the bread was!!! Do better! One time I saw a man walking around drinking their milk and they didn’t bat an eye. Edit: the items they sell are completely repulsive! I was at this store with my MOTHER and she saw this! What even is that!! I’m calling corporate!

When I walked into the store there were literally banana peels strung from the ceiling!! I’ve never been to such an unorganized and dirty establishment. There was only one employee working hard and the others were so lazy and unprofessional! Stewie Griffin I ask that you be nicer to the employees please. Please do better Shoprite.
