Jeremy has a great knowledge of the cars - particularly the technical aspects - and was able to answer all questions and did a great job of keeping us informed about all the aspects of the process. I was looking for a great mechanic that has experience working on Volvos. I normally bring my car to the Volvo dealer and let them service the car, however I was looking got better service at an affordable price. KPS was recommended and they did not disappoint.
