My friends and I needed to move our stuff into storage so we got a Uhaul from Cordero’s and AJ was so nice and helpful. He helped us plan to get the best rate and was super responsive whenever we called or asked for help. Everybody there was also very friendly and welcoming. Great family business!

Contacted them about a rain leak. Despite numerous assurances of a call back and visiting the shop three times in person, I never received a call back for over 6 weeks. Frustrated, I disputed the charge and decided to try to fix the leak otherwise. It turns out, their initial diagnosis was incorrect anyway. Never coming back

What great service and good prices! My car was making a loud noise in the wheel. When I arrived, AJ drove around with me so he could hear the noise for himself and decide. I left my car there for the morning so they could look. AJ said it could be most likely be one thing and he was honest, he said it is most likely but couldn't promise. I really appreciated the honesty! Instead of just saying something to get my business, he was honest in that what they fixed might not 100% fix the issue. We went ahead with the repair and AJ was right, it did fix the issue! They even gave me a ride back and forth to my office. Finally found a mechanic that I think we can trust - THANK YOU! Awesome family own garage that is made up of hard working people, who want to help hard working people. I wrote this a while back and feel the same way. It sucks going to a mechanic but these guys make it easy. I highly recommend them they communicate well and really do honest work.

Both Mark & AJ at Cordero's are a rarity in the auto repair biz~ Honest, friendly, & extraordinarily good at their jobs to boot! Just brought all three of our cars to them in quik succession & each was repaired quickly & professionally & always with great kindness & friendly demeanor... Mark was recommended to me by a friend and I'm so glad I took his advice.Mark is a straight up guy. I felt very comfortable from the first time I met him, I knew my car was in good hands. His price was more than fair and his work was the highest quality. I dropped the car off in the morning and by lunch time had my car back and running excellent!! Anyone who says this guy isn't great at what he does, deserves everything they get for not going to such a professional like him.Thanks Mark your the best!!!

THEY PUT ME BACK ON THE ROAD WITH A CAR READY TO CRASH I came in to have my recently-bought secondhand car looked at. I knew one wheel had issues, as well as the front suspension. After looking at the car, Cordero's came back with a pretty great deal. They went to replace the front struts and springs completely, and went looking for a replacement wheel. Unfortunately, their supplier delivered the wrong wheel, and with the Holidays around the corner they wanted to get me back on the road. There was a crack in the alloy wheel, and a welder whom they brought in mentioned that he could fix it. So, after getting my approval, they went ahead and repaired the wheel with a weld. Because of the complication with the wheel, they offered to charge only a fraction of the labor cost they put in to the wheel, which was wonderful! However, Cordero's had mentioned that the weld was an epoxy weld, which is only very temporary, so four days later I went by another mechanic to see if they could give me a more permanent solution. They mentioned the wheel wonderfully repaired, very much a temporary solution indeed, but as good as can get given the circumstances. BUT. They also mentioned that the suspension system was in a terrible shape still. Sure, the new struts looked great, but in its current state the car was dangerous to be drive in at all. This mechanic was shocked that Cordero's had overlooked that the control arms were so rusted that they were pretty much falling off, and that several bushings were completely shot. First, I was angry because I had explicitly asked Cordero's to give the car a check up and look for anything that needed work, and they responded by telling me that, besides the struts, the car was in "great shape". The mechanics at Cordero's may have simply not looked, I thought... Yet, then, my new mechanic told me that, when replacing the struts, Cordero's mechanics performed work within mere inches of the broken control arms. They must've noticed, and yet didn't mention anything about this issue which made the car "actively unsafe to drive" according to my new mechanic. Two reason's why I am giving it a one star review: 1. I am left with enormous costs. Cordero's charged me $1120. A good deal in itself, but I asked for my car to be "repaired." And I'm looking at another $2000 in costs... I would've never agreed to have my car serviced at all, as it's simply not worth that kind of money. But now, all of the work that Cordero's has done are sunk cost. This is exactly why I asked Cordero's to give it a check up first! 2. Cordero's sent me back on the road with a car which was "actively unsafe," without any warning, even though Cordero's must've known that the car was in terrible condition. Had I not gone to a different mechanic, who spotted the issue even though I hadn't even asked for a check up, I may have driven this car whose control arm was ready to fail. I would've crashed. My new mechanic, I know can be trusted, as they maintain 15-25 year old cars of my closest friends; and because they showed me the control arms which are falling off...
