I placed my order online ahead of time for pick up and they had it ready within a half hour (the suggested allotment time is 4 hours). The store is clean, Covid partitions at the register and the staff was more than friendly and processed my pick up quickly and efficiently. The website offers order confirmation, updates, before and after pick up receipts, email and text updates and confirmations which I personally appreciate in this new Covid world I'm still getting used to. It's nice that I can still purchase the items for my hair coloring without worry at Sally's that I've been doing for many years.

I’ve gone to this Sally’s a hand full of time. Every time I’ve went asking questions about dye, toner, bleach etc; they always gave me the wrong products. And none of the workers over there even know what their doing or talking about half the time. You ask them a question and they say “I don’t know” why do they hire people who don’t know about hair, and hair products. Especially the fact they barely have “African women” working there who knows about “African” hair. Please get it together now... unacceptable

I'm a guy who went shopping for his wife. Needed stuff I have not the slightest clue about. Lady at the desk helped tremendously. Even insisted I call my wife to make sure that this is exactly what I need.

There was an older woman employee who was rude, she didn’t even bother looking for the product and just said, “I guess we’re out of it.” She made the experience very unpleasant.

I have been coming here for years. But today i came in and before i even made it through the door , i was met by a woman with a nasty attitude possibly the manager. Before the door even closed behind me she yells from the back , can i help you. Now with the right attitude that would be welcoming and pleasant. But the way she said it was like how you approach someone that has been staring at you, or someone thats been vigorously knocking on your door. SO i was over her already. Then i needed to know if they had the brand name version of a product they carry. Now i am a 10yr hairstylist i know they carry the product. So i Ask do you have the Toppik version of this, she snatched it out of my hand and said well what is it. Oh over here. And it was not over there. Then another man walks in who is African American and he’s asking if she carries something. she replies with an even nastier attitude because i suppose he was not dressed up enough for her taste and when he asks his question she said “we carry women things here” and dismissed him. She said why don’t you try dollar tree. I’m not even going to go into the homophobic vibe “we sell women’s products here” thing sends off. I’m sorry for the terrible grammar but i am DISGUSTED.

The lady with the short ponytail and glasses, Alma I believe her name was, was unbelievably helpful. After making a very big oops with my hair, I came back to Sallys desperate to fix it. As a non professional who couldn't afford to go to the beauty salon, I needed a lot of guidance. We were given such wonderful advice and look forward to returning when it's time to color again!

As far as experience at Sally's unfortunately I always have this miserable old lady check me out at the register. I'm here now and she is giving me hard time again. Mary Ann is her name. This one is the closest one to me and sometimes if I drive by and see her I go to the one 20 minutes away. She gives me a hard time if I'm exchanging , returning a defective item, and even buying items and wanting to use my professional card. She is good at her job she always looks for coupons for me without me having to ask. Unfortunately her personality really rubs me the wrong way.
