The customer service at this Walmart is terrible. Only one Employee working the Counter. I stood in line for about 18 minutes to purchase a Money Order....only to be told their Money order machine has been down all day!! . I asked the Manager why there isn't a sign posted and she told me she's not allowed to put anything on the Wall ? Really? But its ok for Customers to wait in line only to be disappointed? OrdMachine has been down All Day!!

Nothing needs said....go there see for yourself....it's not cool. Neighborhood Wal-Marts are way better as far as customer service and employees attitudes.....and they always have bags!!!! (What is that all about anyways?) 3x I went and no BAGS ANYWHERE!!! After I spent an hour shopping😮😣😩😠

This location always has what I need in stock and is really clean and maintained. Darrell ( I think his name was Darrell, my apologies if it was Darren or Derrick). In any case Darrell in the Deli department is great! Very attentive , courteous and helpful. All the employees have always been very nice and store is very well organized and stocked. My go to Walmart.

If you’re going to lock something up than make sure you have someone there to help. Found a worker, but she had to call a manger and then waited over 15 minutes for no one to show up. This place is a mess. I can’t believe I wasted 15 minutes of my life in this place. Should have known that no one was going to show up after 5 minutes. I guess I had high hopes.

I really Ike this store. It's always clean and all their check out lines are open and moving! Very friendly employees and their cosmetic department is on point,full isles and all products were filled and priced properly. 5⭐ definitely!

Seriously wish we could give this experience a zero. We were leaving today and realized our cashier had an open cut she was holding a paper towel over. Okay, gross. We have a toddler, so we were trying to get out as soon as we could. Well I highly regret that because we got home and realized there was blood all over the grocery bags and some of the food items. Disgusting. We live about 30 minutes from this Wal-Mart and were not about to turn back around. We tried calling the store and could not get through no matter which department we selected. What a joke. So then I called the corporate number and got someone who was not even remotely sympathetic. He told us we could go back to the store with all of our items, receipt, and get reimbursed that way. He offered no other solution and didn’t even offer for us to talk to the store manager. What an absolute joke. Talk about a disgusting and absolutely horrifying thing to happen.

Loaded up my cart with over $300 in groceries. Only 2 checkout lanes open including the tobacco lane. I didn't want to process over $300 worth of groceries in one of the 20 or more self checkout lanes they did have open. Stood in line for over 15 minutes before it was my turn. The checkout "dude" was incredibly slow but I've come to expect that from most Walmart employees. It literally took almost 30 minutes to ring up my cart. When it was finally time to pay, I informed the checkout "dude" that I wanted to pay the first $50 from my account and the balance of $254.15 on a different card as I was shopping for my elderly parents. He said no problem so I inserted my bank card first, typed in my PIN and waited for the balance. Guess what? The card reader said balance $0.00. Yup, he charged the entire balance to my card. Checkout "dude's" response, "my bad." After spending more than 45 minutes in the checkout line I had to wait another 10 minutes for a manager to show up. Her answer to the problem was to go over to customer and rescan every item and refund my account and start the process all over again. Problem was I had produce and customer service doesn't have scales. So I ended up leaving the store and eating the entire bill myself as I was Not going to drag my elderly father to Wells Fargo in order to reimburse me. To add insult to injury. When I got to my car and started to load up my groceries, I realized that instead of bagging up the rest of my groceries when I was sent to customer service, the checkout "dude" just loaded up the cart by loosely placing the items on top of the bagged items. Which means I had loose items rolling all over my trunk. Way to go there Walmart you guys never disappoint. Gonna try Winco next week. Hopefully my experience will be better.

I survived this shopping trip with my kids in tow ! I bought my kids a cheapo phone to share ( no calls/ text/ plan) and the gentleman who sold it to me was very helpful. He even found me a screen protector for my personal phone. ( yes I got insurance for the phone haha.) The checkout person was friendly and very patient. I keep forgetting to take pictures!

I don’t normally enjoy shopping at Walmart stores however this was an enjoyable experience. Shopping first thing in the morning was very nice, the store was very clean and well organized. There were no lines to check out and their self checkout machine worked like a charm.
