One needs a graduate-level course on how to navigate their discounts, and everything is overpriced unless you use their discounts. Frustrating experience every time, and it's not the poor people behind the registers, it's their garbage marketing department that disallows discount codes.

Spoke with a store associate today and found out Kohl's stores no longer do curbside pickup. This is too bad because it was such a great convenient service. I guess Target gets our business today!!

My wife and daughters both shop at Kohl's regularly and the other day they had a large order that I needed to pick up with my truck so we parked in the space in front and very promptly the staff brought out the items we purchased and helped load them. They run a good operation at Kohl's.

Awful place! I’ll never come back again! This store has the most unprofessional and rude workers: a cashier Kamal and security manager John. A cashier charged me twice for the purchase! She took cash and then charged the same amount of money from a credit card which she offered to me right away. I tried to figure everything out and I spent more than a month for that!! When I finally met security, because just him can see recorded videos, it didn’t help at all! I asked to check the video with me on it, but he said he can’t because of policy; I asked him to show the policy, he answered that he’ll not do that. He was very mean and I was confused and started crying, but he just smiled and said take your receipt back, I can’t do anything for you. I even didn’t activate the card because it came broken!!! Check twice how they charge you! And, if it possible, never give your information to that kind of store! Never wish you to get some experience as me.

We were there for a prom dress, and they didn't have anything close to what we were looking for. I'm giving 4 stars, because the items I saw on hand were cute, and they are a good store otherwise, but didn't have anything nicer than regular, everyday clothing.

This is not your average department store, if you don’t come prepared you will not get the best savings. They have everything from shoes to microwaves and great prices on toys for kids birthday parties. Store was very clean and well organized, although this is the third time they have changed the store around in a month. Really cheesed off my wife something good. They do have restrooms there and a large assortment of men’s fragrances. Beware of the impulse buys, the chocolates will get you.

I came here to get women's business attire. They have one or two items randomly mixed with other clothes, and only blouses and a few pairs of slacks. In the men's department it's a different story: all the button down shirts in all the colors; jackets galore; a whole lot of ties; belts; slacks. As if the buyer for their inventory thinks women are only at home in comfy clothes and men are only at their white-collar jobs. Do better kohl's.
