This store is ridiculous. I tried to buy a coat that was clearly marked at 50% off. The cash register rang it up at full price. The sells person wouldn’t go check the sale sign. She said she wasn’t a manager so she couldn’t change the price. She didn’t offer to call manager over to honor the sale. She offered 25% off instead. I didn’t want that, I wanted the marked sale price. I went online to check and the price online is even more then 50% off. So in the end I’m buying it online for even less. But it’s a disgrace that they have such poor customer service and don’t honor the prices they have posted.

The place is filthy and rundown. Carpet is so gross with major stains everywhere, empty hangers all over the floor, broken fixtures, broken electrical, holes in wall. Unorganized stock, nobody to help on sales floor. This icon is dead. Sad 😔

I feel so happy that this place is open. It's a throwback for sure. The merchandise is great. If you look thoroughly you will find absolutely awesome deals.

Great prices on the 3 shirts i got! Was surprised at register. Had i known i would get more. Had to stand in line over 15 min,only 1 person working and he was slow!

Nice, big JCP with a ton of merchandise, it was very busy. I wish they had more cashiers working; the lines were long and customers were getting impatient. Also, why does this JCP sell Forever 21 clothing when there is a Forever 21 at this massive mall..... Maybe you can get the items cheaper here with the extra discounts JCP offers.

My visit here was good the store was very clean and the aisles were also very clean, A lot of great deals but sad that I didn't see any Nike items anymore.. only Puma, Champs and a few other brands. Overall great visit!

Jc Penny is the worst store in whole galleria due to their shoe selection thats never available and never sorted in the boxes, only display shoes are available. Its been over 10 yrs later and their shoes are still as scattered as they always were, ridiculous
