While store management leaves a lot to be desired, i visited this Sephora to get my makeup done for a friends wedding. And Monique did an excellent job! Highly recommend her and the beauty team here, they really know what they’re doing. Super attentive and spot on recommendations. Just wish they could do hair and makeup at the same place!

I had a great experience at the store today. I felt very tended to and even left with a gift I wasn’t expecting. Aviana was such a breath of fresh air after not visiting a mall for ages. She’s a keeper Sephora. You did good when you found her. :)

I came in at the last minute, desperately needing an eyebrow appointment. Kyrie was able to squeeze me in and she did a fantastic job! She told me that she is new, but you would’ve thought that she’s been doing this for years. I am super particular about my brows and she was so kind and patient with me. 10 out of 10 would recommend! Thank you, Kyrie!

3 stars bc the lady that helped me was super nice, helpful & honest. However when I was trying products on since my skin is very sensitive, one lady was extremely rude. Just cause I’m in the store for a while doesn’t mean anything, terrible customer service, rushed me out the door when I was trying to take product off cause who tf wants to walk out in public with a test of makeup on?? Not me.

Terrible service. If the store knows they’re having a sale these days why not have more employees on the floor. I went in and there was only 2 Sephora employees. The other 3 chicks there supposedly didnt work for Sephora and were limited on what they could do. I felt like they were lying but then again if they don’t want to help what can a customer do. Thankfully we have a Sephora across the street of which I will have to make my way out to.

I went in today 2/14 for a full face. The store was clean and the girl who did my makeup was polite, thus the 1 star. Overall the makeup application was subpar, my bites are splotchy, and the lashes were applied like trash. The lips aren’t better. This absolutely does not look professionally done and now I have to go home and try to fix it myself. Absolutely do not recommend.

Aviana was incredibly helpful. Excellent customer service, very kind, knowledgeable and patient. This is so rare to find these days, as most customer representatives rush you out, or not listen, or so it feels like. This I wasn’t the case here, the other reps were super friendly too but Aviana stood out for me :)

The employees are very nice and are always looking to help you. The store has a vast variety of items and it's very easy to find what you need. I only put 4 stars because there are some brands that they only have online and I'd like to see them in person to try out their products.

I wasted 30 minutes walking around, waiting for the worker that could do a mini makeover to get back from break and when she came back she told me she was the only one working and couldn’t do it today. She asked if I could come back tomorrow. I am not from this area and decided to swing in because of the convenience and was given poor customer service at a location that is severely understaffed and obviously doesn’t want my business. I won’t be returning.
