Worst customer service ever. I will never purchase anything from this company again.

They are irresponsible in filling prescriptions and don’t listen to clients. Twice now they have refilled a blood pressure medication I no longer take and also filled another blood pressure medication. I told them the first time they did this that I no longer took the one medication. If I had any memory issues and simply took both medications it could adversely affect my health. They also have texted me numerous times wanting to refill an eye medication that I have plenty still. I replied No to their text, and they still filled it. I can’t stay with this pharmacy since I can’t trust them.

This is a great place to shop! The cashiers are all very friendly and helpful! The morning cashier is very knowledgeable and can find whatever you're looking for! The manager Josh and Ray are great!

Terrible customer service - red machine was broke and cashier saw us trying to use and hollered that the machine was broke. Never let us know that there was another one by the register. We found that out when we were checking out. Which I never finished checking out because the cashier again in a disinterested fashion told me there were no coupons loaded to my card. I showed her on my phone that there were and she said well they aren't coming up. I of course didn't want to pay full price so I asked for a manager. She said she was the manager (at least for now). According to her she was the only person in the store. So again I have to pull info from her and ask questions she should have been trained to already know. Like how to get my coupons to work but she wasn't interested. So I asked when the store manager would be back. 1:30 she said, I sad I would be back at that time and left. Called customer service and found out she could have just punched in my phone number to access my account and my coupons were in fact loaded. Error was on their system though she blamed me. I will stick with the CVS on Pleasant Grove as they have customer service skills.

A woman who works in the pharmacy department wears a filthy white smock. It is very disturbing that she is handling my drugs that I will be swallowing. This is not a one time thing but every time I pick up prescriptions which is at least a couple times a month. If she is dirty the next time I go in I am changing drug stores and I have been using this store for 3 years.

I love this pharmacy! The staff and pharmacist are top notch. He takes the time to answer every question and walk through unrelated matters that have nothing to do with what my meds are for. They really care about the patients.

I don't recommend this pharmacy. I was there on Sunday September 21 at 6PM needed a medicine for my daughter and the lady answered so rudely that they were closed and they close at 6PM. The way she was talking and handling the situation was so rude. There are many pharmacies so I prefer to go to the ones they have good service
