This is my 2nd review of this pharmacy. Just to make sure you know this is the absolute worst pharmacy in the world. I received a message my prescription was ready to pick up, so I go to the drive through. It's not ready. Come back later. I come back later at 1:40 pm, and they are having lunch. I come back at 3:30, and it's again not ready. By then they tell me they'll prepare it now. Half an hour at the drive through. These people just don't know what they are doing. I'm switching pharmacies.

Phone is always busy, then you get hung up on and every time you call back the wait is longer and longer. Took 4 phone calls to get through. Then after being hung up on on their end 3 times a rude, unapologetic pharmacy tech gets on the phone and says no “I’m so sorry” just “ya, what do you need” Line at the store is always long too and a long wait every time. All I can say is this place is very inefficient. They need to hire more staff, asap.

Rude, obnoxious pharmacist who I wouldn't trust with aspirin. A dark-haired woman who ignored us in line and when I asked if someone was coming, she angrily said, "it'll be me." Uh no... bc I left! Do us a favor. Shut this location down.

Pharmacy wait times are always very long. Drive thru or in store pick up takes over 45 mins.

I called in my prescription to their pharmacy over a week ago. The pharmacist told me they had to fax over my prescription to the doctor in order for me to get a refill. Now, I need my prescription and they never faxed it over. So i call my doctor myself and have them do it. I want to go pick up my prescription because I need it for tomorrow. I call to make sure that they’ll have it ready for when I come in today. I sit on hold for 49 minutes… I hang up and call again and the recording says “There are more than 3 callers in front of you.” This is obscured.

I am done with this pharmacy. I moved my prescription to Sunset location. I called this morning and got a pharmacist on the phone immediately and he took care of my prescription. I have to drive a little more, but it's worth it not to deal with the hassle of this location anymore. With the growth in this area, I hope another pharmacy opens up nearby soon. This Manager needs to be fired.

Their pharmacy is a mess, usually understaffed. I have waited over an hour before just to have to come back the next day. They do not have ice. They do not have FedEx shipping available without labeling your own package. I have lost all trust with this store.

The pharmacy has the absolute worst customer service possible. this is not the first time I have waited in drive through almost 15 min behind ONE vehicle. It should be for PICKUP only - not someone who wants to place an order. The staff has no concern about how long people wait. They should tell people whose prescription is not filled to go inside or wait to be called back. The inside service people are also clueless. GO to a DIFFERENT location!!

I called to refill my prescription on Thursday 6/30/22. I was told by the pharmacy tech that it was out of stock but would be ready the following day. Their information was wrong and it was still out of stock on Friday. After hearing nothing, I called this morning (Wednesday 7/6/22) and was told that it would be ready later this afternoon by Kelly at the pharmacy. After again hearing nothing, I called again to check. The man i spoke with named Steve told me that there was not even a shipment scheduled for today and it would not be restocked until friday 7/8/22. This is not an isolated incident and happens every month. My prescriptions have yet to be filled on time causing me to run out and miss doses.

The store is nice but they are always out of items. The refrigerator section now has these ridiculous doors that you can't see through. They are basically TV screens that show you images of what is supposed to be inside. However the elation you feel once you've figured out what door to open is soon squashed by the disappointment of empty shelves. The customer service at this store is nonexistent. I can verify 20 to 30 minutes standing in line every time. I avoid this particular store as much as possible and I would advise you to do the same. The only reason I give this store one star is because it is a nicer newer store but my experience gets zero stars
