It's usually pretty busy, even when the PF app's crowd meter shows only two or three bars... It's a fine facility, with friendly staff. Usually pretty clean. Weights are often left un-racked by discourteous lifters, but overall a fine experience. Update: In the year that I've been coming here, it's gotten even busier. Unless you can make it at 11:00 on a weekday or wait until after 10:00 pm, it's pretty much impossible to get the equipment you need. I'm gonna start driving 20 min away to a quieter location just to be able to use the equipment I need, which sucks since this location is on my block, which is why I joined PF anyway....... Whack.

This place is always clean with a super welcoming atmosphere. The staff are awesome, they are as friendly and helpful as they can be. All their members and guests are friendly, sociable and non-judgemental

Out of all the PF I’ve visited, this is the least clean, friendly, and most crowded. The staff is Not friendly. The place needs to be updated and Cleaned. The bathroom/locker room looks like an old high school gym. The tv’s have 2 channels that work and are outdated. I travel and chose PF because They had a lot of locations and the price was right. After seeing other locations in Indiana, Illinois, Texas and so on, the fountain Valley location is at the bottom of the barrel. It’s really packed with people most of the time. I don’t have a problem with that. People are courteous, more so than the staff who work there. The “black card room” is dirty and smells.

There's always plenty of machines and space to work out in. The staff are friendly. In the locker area where the restrooms are located, there are no paper towels to wipe down the constantly wet counters that are spilling onto the floor. They have air blowers to dry your hands, exclusively. The one thing that prevents me from ever giving them more stars is that the very large parking lot they have, which is shared with a dozen other businesses, doesn't have a single lamp that works at night. One might flicker. What could be more dangerous than walking into a very large, pitch black, parking lot alone? Update: June 10 I appreciate your response, today. However, your gratefulness and positive vibe never addressed the truly dangerous and avoidable fear that I have for your members: The large pitch-black parking lot of the gym. People could be easily victimized right in the open, and no one would see it. Please, disregard this update, if this liability has been resolved within the last hour since your response.

I have a black card and the place isn't busy, I asked for 20min on the massage bed and the guy says he cant do that, that I have to go back and ask him for it. On top of that the massage bed didnt work properly, the water got stuck by my ankles the whole 8 min because by the time I walked to the bed I only had 8 minutes left this place could do much better if they hired nice attentive people.

From the looks of it very clean Staff, well trained and informative. Good crowd there not overly packed don't have to wait in lines for machines are exercise equipment. I would recommend this to Everybody young and old, fat and skinny.

I’ve visited the gym 3 times now. And have struggled to find the weights I needed for my workouts. Low and behold in the 30 minute workout room there were kettle bells, and 5 weight plates of different weights. As I walked out of the gym I let the staff know that there were kettlebells and weight plates in the room. He just looked at me and mumbled something. I fully expect to be on the hunt for barbells, kettle bells and plates the next time I workout. The gym is clean I wished the staff would remind the customers to take the weights when done or maybe the staff could do it.

Very friendly staffff. Like the place .clean restrooms.update,3/5/21. Unfortunately I come after 7pm, plaza is super dark. Please have more lighting.its scarry out there. Some one do something about the lighting for parking. I'll change the stars once fix.

Nathalie, Yobana, Ivan, Diego, Nathan are ALL EXCELLENT employees. They all go above and beyond to assist members with a friendly attitude. They are really on top of keeping the club clean too which is really important and nice. Nathalie's willingness to answer my questions over the phone is what led to me becoming a member. No question was too big or small, and she kept asking if I had any additional questions. She is a wonderful ambassador for Planet Fitness. Ivan was very thorough and friendly when I came in to sign up the next day. Happy to be meeting my fitness goals in a safety, friendly environment.

Planet Fitness will introduce you to a new world a world where fitness becomes your planet! Coming here is easy but leaving is hard specially when your going hard on those free weights and bench press. This gym is not for everyone hence [muscle heads] because the equipment will be maxed out by your standards of heavy lifting. For fitness and training this place does the job, if you don't mine being amongst regular people, young or old, chubby or fit then this gym will be just fine. 3 stars because some of the equipment can use some tlc! 💪
