The club doesn't provide paper towels. No hands drying machine after bathroom use. Front desk staffs are unfriendly. The only staff member who is nice is Irene, the cleaning Lady who works night shifts not the Irene who works day shifts

So many reasons. I rejoined at tail end of pandemic because they re-opened and said they were converting to 24 hr which never transpired. Esthetically from from first look it looks nice BUT, it is dirty. People leaving their empty bottles and nasty sweat paper towels on the ground. Lastly, at the end of the day it seems the staff never put weights back and stuff is just everywhere. During your workouts you are always looking for a set of dumbbells or the matching pair.

Hands down the worse gym in orange county. The weights are left all over the floor. The trainers are rude and obnoxious. The machines are old. The bathrooms never have paper towels or toilet paper. The management is disrespectful if you try to bring up any of these issues. The cleaning lady is incredibly rude. Best stay out of her way, or else she'll give you dirty looks for the rest of your time there. And you're not allowed on the turf.....

Good luck finding dumbbells. If you’re looking for a pair of 35s, you’ll have to find one in the turf area and another by the treadmills because no one re-racks their weights and the management obviously doesn’t clean up. It starts from the top but the clientele follows their lead in lack of gym etiquette.

Great gym but needs more leg equipments. I also wish the LA Fitness gyms were open till 11 pm Monday to Friday. Saturday, Sundays till 8 pm. Lots of people would have more time to stay fit.

Don't waste your time going to this gym. The bathrooms are disgusting, the weights are left all over the gym, no one puts them back. The trainers and the staff are disrespectful to say the least.

Been coming to the gym for a little over a year now but the last few months so many things have changed and the gym is just horrible now. I believe this is due to new management. You never see the same faces it seems like employees come and go. There’s never paper towels in the females restroom One can’t even dry their hands. It seems like they are on a tight budget but the gym seems to be overly crowded. If the budget is really the issue then why don’t they just add hand dryers. I am a mother who goes to the gym after work and I always take my kids with me but a few days ago they posted a sign at the kids club that they will be closing the kids club after speaking to the lady who works there which by the way is very kind she said that it was due to “not having enough kids to keep the kids club open” that is a huge lie how many kids do they want with only one person watching them? There’s been times when I take my kids in it is extremely full. This is a huge inconvenience given the fact that they recently charged my account for The kids club membership I think they should’ve at least given us a one month notice not a few days. This gym was good but bad management can ruin anything. unfortunately will have to be switching gyms. Overall: CHANGE MANAGEMENT!

Pretty dirty gym. The soap dispensers are all out of soap and the paper towels are completely out in the mens bathroom ALL THE TIME. I can’t even wash my hands after using the restroom… When I brought this to the attention of management, they told me they are “trying to conserve on costs…”

I do not typically leave reviews, but this one is to serve the public. There are so many negatives that I do not know where to start. Let's begin with the front desk "chonky" lady (works at a gym lol) that constantly nags and borderline annoys the guests (premier members can bring up to two guests per visits) with her predatory sales tactics. Once you give up your phone number, they call you daily to ask you to join their tiny gym, with loads of people, where wait time is horrendous. Equipment are outdated and dirty. The facilities smells like a giant dumpster. The amenities are extremely lacking, comparing to other businesses. Avoid this place like the plague. Do yourself a favor and join elsewhere, or buy something cheap and workout at home, because I guarantee, whatever you get is of better quality than theirs.

Martha , the cleaning lady is so rude to all members in the ladies room. I ask her kindly to clean one section per section so it still allows us to use the one section of the clock room. Instead of kindly reply, she said no and pours soap on all counters and floor and dusting everywhere in the way to chase us out. I report it to the manager who is present on this Friday morning about the situation in the lady clock room, and all he responds is that is the way they clean and they don’t care about the member around the area and we need to get out or deal with. So disappointed with the attitude of the manager! The club tries so hard to give out all sale deal to get new members, but they don’t care and respect the existent members, especially elder members. Soap was all over the counter and floors that elder can slip and get accident, and instead the manager listen to our report and initiate the change in the way they clean, he said we just deal with the wet floor in the clock room and that is normal 🤷🏻♀️
