8 Best beauty supply store in Roseville, California (CA) 2024

I had tried to highlight mote own hair at home. I liked the brightness in light but it had lots of orange I used foils so I had depth not to my root. But I tried again to lighten my whole head to go brighter bad news! I was bright yellow n toner didn’t take. I added a mushroom blonde it was nice color more light brown blonde but from scalp to end zero depth. It aged me n was not appealing. So I called jc penny salon Roseville. They took me in almost immediately but I can see their concern. The supervisor Whisper asked what I hate most about it? I explained scalp to mid no depth . She got me instantly and began to guide my stylist all the way through. The conditioning service was also great greatest head message ever! And my hair had darker lo tones again near my upper triangle n around my face. I couldn’t believe what they accomplished. whisper gets coloring the science the process and styles like angling vial age and she explained and became excited seeing the processing take place as they worked it! N worked it!!!!! I hope jc penny keeps these prices so the stylist can be tipped more according to their work. Here is my before n after Service: Hair coloring ~Kelly

Terrible customer service - red machine was broke and cashier saw us trying to use and hollered that the machine was broke. Never let us know that there was another one by the register. We found that out when we were checking out. Which I never finished checking out because the cashier again in a disinterested fashion told me there were no coupons loaded to my card. I showed her on my phone that there were and she said well they aren't coming up. I of course didn't want to pay full price so I asked for a manager. She said she was the manager (at least for now). According to her she was the only person in the store. So again I have to pull info from her and ask questions she should have been trained to already know. Like how to get my coupons to work but she wasn't interested. So I asked when the store manager would be back. 1:30 she said, I sad I would be back at that time and left. Called customer service and found out she could have just punched in my phone number to access my account and my coupons were in fact loaded. Error was on their system though she blamed me. I will stick with the CVS on Pleasant Grove as they have customer service skills. ~Thrifty

Definitely one of the nicest ones on the west coast! Staff is sweet and quite knowledgeable as well. Parking is easy, prices are correct, 99% of things are in stock. ~Jeremy

This is my 2nd review of this pharmacy. Just to make sure you know this is the absolute worst pharmacy in the world. I received a message my prescription was ready to pick up, so I go to the drive through. It's not ready. Come back later. I come back later at 1:40 pm, and they are having lunch. I come back at 3:30, and it's again not ready. By then they tell me they'll prepare it now. Half an hour at the drive through. These people just don't know what they are doing. I'm switching pharmacies. ~María

While store management leaves a lot to be desired, i visited this Sephora to get my makeup done for a friends wedding. And Monique did an excellent job! Highly recommend her and the beauty team here, they really know what they’re doing. Super attentive and spot on recommendations. Just wish they could do hair and makeup at the same place! ~Casey
