Normally a great place to shop, but the Roseville location on Harding is lacking alot if supplies. I came in for a regular hair brush, and was so surprised to see hardly anything on the shelves. I was told that it is supply and demand. This is the case everywhere. Not picking on this store at all, but it just goes to show, the world we are living in at this time. The service was good, and check out was easy. I will come back to this store again, but wotld call before arri ing to make sure they have what you need. Hope this was helpful. Happy Shopping!

I went into the store to specifically buy the Mielle White Peony Leave in conditioner. I purchased it a few days ago at a different Sally’s but they had no more in stock. The price in store was listed at $14 and some change. I informed the rep that the price for that item online was $9.09. Which is what I paid a few days ago. She stated that I would have to purchase the item online in order to get that price. I asked so you don’t price match your own website?! Seems ridiculous. So I contacted the Sally’s website to ask them what their policy was. They informed me that they price match other retailers along with their own website. Please be careful with this Sally’s, seems to be taking advantage of people’s ignorance of policies. I can’t imagine how many people over paid for items because the rep was lying or ignorant.

Store was very clean. The girl working was friendly & acknowledged me upon entering the store. I asked her a few ?s about hair dye & she explained everything & helped me pick the right colors to get the results im looking for. Everything was priced lower then I thought it would be. I will be back for sure!

Horrible customer service. I walked in around 2:05 PM on 12/21/19 and was not greeted by a single employee. No big deal, but there was only one customer being helped with four employees working the front. I went about my shopping. Specifically, I was looking for a hair care product to help keep my hair color fresh looking in between regular coloring services. I approached their checkout counter, where there were four employees just kidding around with one another, so that I could ask their advice on the products available. I waited for a break in the conversation, then started relaying my questions. About 5 seconds into my questions, another customer walked in and approached the counter. Immediately everyone was focused on the new customer and after about three additional seconds into my questions, I noticed not a single employee was still making eye contact or focusing in my general direction. I stopped and asked which of the four were still assisting me. They each turned their attention to each other, shrugged their shoulders, and all turned their attention back to the customer that came in after I had asked for help. I said, "got it, goodbye then" and walked out. No one tried to apologize or anything. Very disappointing. I'll just choose to shop online at Amazon or go to Ulta from now on.

The manager of this location is very rude. Any time I have came in or even called to place an order she acts as tho I am a complete nuisance. Instead of being friendly and informative to her customers, she is VERY condescending and short. I walked in simply stating I needed advice because I wanted to do a big change on my hair and she rolled her eyes and smirked than asked what do you want... I've given this location multiple tries because its so close to home but every time I leave irritated with her and her very unprofessional staff. I will NEVER visit this location again.

Terrible customer service. No one ever asked if I needed help and half the hair products I was there to get were out of stock, as well were many other of the products. Prices were also hidden, that drives me bonkers. If you guys want to compete with the internet or some of the other big stores, you need to step it up.

I have never received worst customer service in my life. As soon as I walked in the door I wasn't greeted everyone else was, one of the employees a tall male with a "bowtie" walked around the entire store a couple of times making sure everyone was being helped and not once did he acknowledge me or the person I was with. Discrimination is the key word here, he kept smirking while I was paying. Never will I return to this store every time I've gone this is my fourth I get horrible customer service I don't even know why I kept going back but this time I'm not going back ever I'd rather take a longer drive but be treated as deserved I HIGHLY recommend DO NOT shop there they are so racist and I don't say this lightly go else where I'm going to make it known to everyone I know avoid this store.
