Best unisex hairdresser in Roseville, California (CA) 2024

I had tried to highlight mote own hair at home. I liked the brightness in light but it had lots of orange I used foils so I had depth not to my root. But I tried again to lighten my whole head to go brighter bad news! I was bright yellow n toner didn’t take. I added a mushroom blonde it was nice color more light brown blonde but from scalp to end zero depth. It aged me n was not appealing. So I called jc penny salon Roseville. They took me in almost immediately but I can see their concern. The supervisor Whisper asked what I hate most about it? I explained scalp to mid no depth . She got me instantly and began to guide my stylist all the way through. The conditioning service was also great greatest head message ever! And my hair had darker lo tones again near my upper triangle n around my face. I couldn’t believe what they accomplished. whisper gets coloring the science the process and styles like angling vial age and she explained and became excited seeing the processing take place as they worked it!
