Saturday evening 5 pm, Fitting-room closing by the reason that not enough workers. Also bad communication between worker. One lady said that “fitting-room is going to be closed soon, please get in line now”. I got in line ride a way and other lady Rudely said that it closed. And began to discuss with another employee how slow I am. Managers please teach your employees how to communicate between each other and treat costumers respectfully!

Fitting rooms close wile store is open. I asked sales associate Luis if “I should change in the store anyway”. (Todays date 7/21/22) He said “if you aren’t shy”. I asked if h+m would cover any lawsuits. He said “yes”. So I did. Customers thought it was weird. The way they eyed me told me so. Ps. The pants weren’t my thing.

The clothes are alright, nothing special or outstanding. Most of the lights inside are off, so it’s just kind of dark and gloomy with uneven patches of light sprinkled around. Not super crazy about it.

Pretty good selection of women and men's clothing. However, the store feels overcrowded and cramped due to the abundance of clothing that fits into a less than ideal retail space. The store would benefit from being in a larger space (similar to the space held by Nordstrom's). Moreover, the dark lighting does not help alleviate the closed-in feeling.

Love the trendy styles and the great prices. The have a small mens area too. They also have great prices on underwear for women, comfortable. And don't forget to check out the sale racks. Great stuff.

Clothes have their own reputation. I will buy online from now on. Place was dark, most of the lights off. Clothes strewn around. I was in store for 20 min and never saw one person to help. Ended up leaving and bought online at a competitor's company.

Lines are too long and the staff have horrible customer service and the majority of them have major attitude!! I spend lots of money at H&M and expect more for my money when it comes to customer service! The Folsom location blows you guys always with their great customer service and good attitudes. I'll be contacting you're district manager to make a complaint.

H&M has a lot of cute stuff! Not gonna lie! Affordable shopping. But the lines are always absolutely horrendous! That’s a major deterrent for me when it comes to where I want spend my money. I would definitely shop there more often and spend more money if it wasn’t always a mad house with ridiculous lines to check out.

Their fitting rooms are very dirty. I saw clumps/balls of dust in the fitting room. Customer service is bad, employees were sweet and humble but I guess management should focus on the cleanliness of the store. Also, hope they should have better seasonal sales.
