Just simply amazing! My husband and I love this location the most out of all other subways. Everyone is really nice even when they are super busy. I moved into the area around a year ago & my neighbor brought us here. Hunter has been a long time employee & we see him working hard all the time. If he's got time he'll have a friendly chat with us. It's always really nice to come here because it's so welcoming. 10/10!

Very poorly made sandwiches I asked for double toppings and received barley any toppings at all literally 2 slices of red onion on both haves 6 olives, pickles piled in one corner I had to cut up my own toppings and put them on myself the best part was when I called to complain I was called a liar and accessed of taking my toppings of just to complain and hung up on by the guy that works there! I will not be retuning I would rather drive out of my way to the howell location

My wife took the kids to go get dinner here so that it would be home when I got home from work… so sweet. Anyway, she got there just after 6:30pm as the sign and website says they close at 7pm. My wife walks in the store and everything has already been cleaned up and put away. She asked the gentleman behind the counter if she could order. She was told, “No, we’re closed.”

Saw online that they open at 9:00 am. I showed up at 9:57 am and walk up. The door was locked. The sign on the front door showed that they open every day at 9:00 am. I saw the woman working inside and motioned that the door was locked and she ignored me. I had an errand to run at Target so headed over there in the meantime. I have just arrived back at 10:27 am and the door is still locked. Open whenever you feel like it, but at least update your hours on the door and online.

Today November 9, 2021 at 4:15pm I went to this Subway and to my surprise it was dark inside, I walked up to the door and there was a sign that said they were closing at 5:00 pm due to staff shortage. I could see 2 girls standing in there so I went back to my car and called. A girl answered and I asked her why they were closed since it was only 4:30, she was extremely rude and told me she lived 40 minutes away and had to get home. This is really poor customer service and I will not be going there again! I think there is enough lying going on in this world that Subway employees could make an effort to tell the truth!

Terrible customer service at this location. The overweight girl working on Monday, 5-10-21 was QUITE rude when I went to pick up my online order. I specifically asked for extra dressing for one of my subs when ordering. I wasn't going to have ANY dressing if I wouldn't have said anything. Her response? "I didn't put any dressing on anything because I didn't want you to complain.", all sarcastically. She needs customer service training for sure. I will be going across the street to Jimmy John's from now on; I suggest you all do the same.

I ordered via the Subway app 4 subs for my family. When I got to this location to pick up the subs, I was told they never got an order. I checked my app and it popped up the order was voided. No reason, just voided, yet I my card was charged TWICE! I also received two emails, one saying it was being prepared and then cancelled but not by me. The store employees "informed" me it was cancelled cause they don't accept the $2 coupons earned from ordering subs. It would be nice to know that when I place the order!!!!!!!! The customer service at this store was also lacking. When I worked fast food, OUR franchisee made it a point to make sure a customer NEVER went away mad! These employees couldn't care that they lost a $25 order today and ALL, THAT'S ALL future orders from me. Between being charged twice, rude employees and the lack of customer service or care, I give this store a NEGATIVE star. If you want great service and care, try the the Subway in Milford or in Highland. They are always friendly and fast!

Just as a heads up a medical emergency and having your spouse come pick you up from work, does not count as 2 employees taking a lunch break! At 12:15 I had an epileptic episode and my phenomenal boss Kelly, took it upon herself to put my wellbeing in front of customers. Also just so you know we only have 2 people on shift in the first place. My husband came up to get me, we then sat down for over 2 hours before I was capable of WALKING! Kelly was polite, courteous and very helpful to everyone that came in! Apparently this guy is too good for us EPILEPTICS! I HOPE YOUR DAY GOT BETTER..
