As a new business customer at this branch the customer service has been outstanding. Steve Jacob the branch manager is very responsive. My impression is that this is the branch in general No matter who you are with a little or a lot of money they will treat you like a valued customer! This is hard to find and grateful to have a trustful source for my banking needs.

I love this bank and all of the First national banks. I have had an account with them for almost 20 years now. I have moved a few times over the years but I still keep them as my bank even though I live 20 minutes away from the closest branch.
