BEWARE!!!! Was into store to upgrade phone about a month ago and that is all we did. Got my first bill in the mail and "MOE" from the store added insurance to my plan. Never Ever Ever had insurance. Went to store and he tells me that I authorized this. A COMPLETE LIE. I find out that store employees get incentive on these type of services. He fraudulently added a service to my account that was never authorized!!

I went into the store with my son to see about a SIM card issue. The person working was on his phone on what it seemed to be a personal call and was irritated that we came into the store. When we explained the issue, which seemed to be something that he could have done by calling Customer Service with us to assist in resolving the issue, he told us that we had to do it by ourselves and would not help us. Very irritated that the staff in the actual store would be more willing to help, but this was not GOOD Customer Service. Will go to another T Mobile store for better assistance

I walked in, excited to order the Galaxy Z Fold 3 and my address ended up being spelled wrong after I spelled it out loud for the employee. I wasn't shown the tablet and I was not asked if it was correct. I understand that accidents happened. When I confronted the same person in the store I was told to call CARE. Called CARE whom told me to call UPS. Called UPS whom told me to call the sender (which is TMobile)... Still don't have my $1800 phone which is lost in the mail... We needed to move my wife's phone over from Sprint also... I talked to Sprint earlier that day and was told just to go into any TMobile store. Went into this TMobile (same time as I ordered the new phone) and was told to contact Sprint. During this same experience I needed to activate 2 new phones (my children were switching from Timex watch lines to cell phones). I was told that I cannot keep their numbers. I politely asked the gentleman to contact CARE with myself present and CARE was able to help him without much confusion. He ended up hanging up with CARE, and my kids got to keep their phone number but have cell phones now...

Went in as a Sprint customer to migrate my account to T-Mobile and update my plan. Not only did this location try to over charge me well over $100 per month but when I brought in a direct price quote and plan from Sprint/ T-Mobile to an employee's attention they refused to even look it up and said "We won't do that here, just go to another store." We ended up getting a great experience at another store. Just avoid this store.

Excellent customer service. Took my parents in to set up a new plan for them on tmobile and the gentleman was kind, patient, and extremely helpful. They definitely have the best customer service for a carrier store.
