Hazardous Conditions and Abysmal Customer Service I attempted to fill my tank with gasoline, noticed gas spraying all over my pants and leg, stopped the pump. I realized there was a large rip in the hose that had been covered with duct tape. Manager on duty agreed to reimburse me for pants and shoes. I returned the following week with receipts for replacement items, and the owner berated me and angrily told me it was my fault. He refused to acknowledge the manager as an employee, and acted condescending and belligerent towards me. I will never patronize this location again.

I’ve come here a lot before work to get something to drink and I have always payed with my card. Well today that was a different story, I came in got one drink like always and I was told I couldn’t pay for it with my card and I had to pay cash. She told me if I didn’t have the money I would have to go. So yea I did have cash on me but I only use it when it comes to emergency. Now I’m not using skin color as a excuse, but I’m Hispanic and this kinda made me feel like I was being targeted.

I go here almost every day all the staff is very nice and friendly, iv never had a problem with any person that works here even the owner is a very nice man and always says hi. I love chatting with the morning person that works there, she liked the way I smelled. I would stop hre no matter what.

Disappointed to see a sign on the door that says, "No mask, No service, No debate." While its the owners and management's own decesion how to run their own private property, its sad and a little humorous to see that they are unwilling or unable to even defend their own decisions on how they run their business. No debate. No persuasion to better inform their customers. Just do or else. I will no longer be patronizing a business so blatantly embracing their inner fascism.

I would drive out of my way to go to Kwik Trip before supporting this business. Owner is not nice and threatened not to pay my winnings on one of their slot machines. He said he didn’t care because it was my loss, not his. Had two other people with me at the time when I won and all three of us thought the owner was extremely nasty to deal with.

Drove all the way here because it says open until 11pm. And no where else is open. Was closed at 10:45pm. No one in sight 😡

Typical gas station/convenience store with a McDonalds. Drive thru for burgers, etc is insanely busy over the lunch hour so be cautious in the parkibg lot.
