Hazardous Conditions and Abysmal Customer Service I attempted to fill my tank with gasoline, noticed gas spraying all over my pants and leg, stopped the pump. I realized there was a large rip in the hose that had been covered with duct tape. Manager on duty agreed to reimburse me for pants and shoes. I returned the following week with receipts for replacement items, and the owner berated me and angrily told me it was my fault. He refused to acknowledge the manager as an employee, and acted condescending and belligerent towards me. I will never patronize this location again. ~R

I went to toys for trucks to buy a roll up bed cover and have it installed on my truck. I might’ve gotten lucky because after I chose the cover I wanted they took my truck back immediately. About 45 minutes later they were done. I inspected the installation and I could tell that this young man really took pride in his work. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name but he was very thin. The young man showed me the ins and outs of the cover on my truck and once again, as I inspected the installation i could tell he really did a great job. The cover looks great and works flawlessly. They also gave me $30 off as a military/veteran discount. I am sure to be back. ~Up

The two movers, Jerry & Juan, were on time to load. They are very professional and personable. They know what they are doing - lots of moving experience. We moved from outside Tampa to outside Knoxville and they were timely with delivery. Nothing was damaged. The office staff was very responsive; someone always answered the phone within a few rings. The staff in knowledgeable and always had the answer. I would recommend Two Men and a Truck to everyone - local or long distance. ~Jim

I rented a unit from Jerry for about three years and he was a pleasure to work with! He was always very nice and helpful. Both of the units I used were very clean. I am impressed with the service I received and will use Tuckaway Storage again in the future if I ever need a storage unit. ~Alethia

Good Service at this location. However, the grades of fuel at the gas pump are mixed up. I know I should've looked closer before selecting a fuel grade, but I didn't realize until after completely refueling that I had just filled my tank up with fuel grade 89, which is not intended for vehicles without FlexFuel. I accept my portion of responsibility for this mistake. However, I feel it would be in the owner's best interest to place the numbers in numerical order like a normal gas station, in order to avoid upset customers due to misfueling. ~Samuel

Shopped there several times since the expansion. Nice selection but many items are over priced and stale. Buyer beware of the prices of the goods you want to buy. Chips no matter when purchased have been stale. Small containers of candy costs what a bag in a regular store costs. Frozen cookies taste aweful. Don't plan to go back there again. Expansion means expensive Brenda made true of that fact. ~Sara

The food is great! But the service is bad the cashier is really rude, I gave her my card and she say that my card is not working, I told it the chip reader and ask her to try to slide. And then it went thru. Never have this bad experience at all beside the drive thru. ~Song
