The food is great! But the service is bad the cashier is really rude, I gave her my card and she say that my card is not working, I told it the chip reader and ask her to try to slide. And then it went thru. Never have this bad experience at all beside the drive thru.

Service is very slow even when there's only 1 customer. Very frequently gets orders wrong. Drive thru usually interrupts me while I place my order. If I wouldn't waste gas going to a different one I definitely wouldn't choose this one.

Why is it that almost every time I come here it seems like the food they serve has been sitting for hours and not trashed when need be. Come on guys there is a waste sheet for a reason and prep time for each product.

Not so friendly service. One sandwich was amazing. The new whopper melt. The other sandwich was the worst impossible burger I've ever had. Hardly any fresh toppings.

Just your typical fast food place. The only problem I had with this particular place, is that the girl at the counter totally ignored the fact that I was standing there waiting to be waited on. I stood there for almost 5 minutes, even cleared my throat and she never acknowledged me. I left disappointed and haven't been back there since then. The other times I had been there, I had great service and the store was in very clean order.

Forgot half the order. The manager was good about fixing it. Would have given more stars but this establishment is currently requiring face masks even if you have proof of being vaccinated.
