I used my credit card for a drive-thru order in Oct. 2021, about $15 worth of food. The guy at the window said the card was declined. He tried it again. Still declined. So, I paid cash. My card statement comes and I was billed for both transactions (the supposedly declined ones) and still paid cash. After about 3 phone calls to the store and being given an incorrect number to lodge a complaint, I stopped by one day to speak to the manager. She was polite, took a picture of my statement and said that they had many problems with credit cards around that time because it was a new machine and employees weren’t sure how to operate it. She called the owner of the store, who asked for my name, number and was assured that he would contact me to make this situation right. It’s been months…no call, no contact at all, and no one will call me back when I leave messages. I love paying $45 for $15 worth of food. Pathetic customer service, KFC!!! ~Anita
