I use to love PNC. They were always so friendly and helpful. Sadly, the last few times I have gone in, the employees are just plain rude, no business manners at all. Unprofessional staff that gives contradicting answers to questions. I will be closing my accounts and moving my money elsewhere. ~R

Just went through the drive thru, got an iced caramel macchiato- med & asked for 6 assorted donuts…. This isn’t quite what I had in mind when I said “assorted.” Maybe if I would have said something about extra filled donuts…If all they had was this someone should have let me know. Or I guess now I know to not go through the drive through for assorted donuts, I’ll be specifying everything from now on. ~Samantha

I used my credit card for a drive-thru order in Oct. 2021, about $15 worth of food. The guy at the window said the card was declined. He tried it again. Still declined. So, I paid cash. My card statement comes and I was billed for both transactions (the supposedly declined ones) and still paid cash. After about 3 phone calls to the store and being given an incorrect number to lodge a complaint, I stopped by one day to speak to the manager. She was polite, took a picture of my statement and said that they had many problems with credit cards around that time because it was a new machine and employees weren’t sure how to operate it. She called the owner of the store, who asked for my name, number and was assured that he would contact me to make this situation right. It’s been months…no call, no contact at all, and no one will call me back when I leave messages. I love paying $45 for $15 worth of food. Pathetic customer service, KFC!!! ~Anita
First National Bank-Hartland Branch
As a new business customer at this branch the customer service has been outstanding. Steve Jacob the branch manager is very responsive. My impression is that this is the branch in general No matter who you are with a little or a lot of money they will treat you like a valued customer! This is hard to find and grateful to have a trustful source for my banking needs. ~sandra
T-Mobile
Went in as a Sprint customer to migrate my account to T-Mobile and update my plan. Not only did this location try to over charge me well over $100 per month but when I brought in a direct price quote and plan from Sprint/ T-Mobile to an employee's attention they refused to even look it up and said "We won't do that here, just go to another store." We ended up getting a great experience at another store. Just avoid this store. ~George

Just simply amazing! My husband and I love this location the most out of all other subways. Everyone is really nice even when they are super busy. I moved into the area around a year ago & my neighbor brought us here. Hunter has been a long time employee & we see him working hard all the time. If he's got time he'll have a friendly chat with us. It's always really nice to come here because it's so welcoming. 10/10! ~jade

Nice store, fruit is looking good got a lot of it. Freezing strawberries. Ummm! the mangos are so good and 10 for 10 plus one free along with some oranges. ~Shari
