It was awful. The change to the new layout is taking forever. Don't like it at all. Waiting for help at the checkout took forever. Lady says I don't know what's wrong, these things don't work very well. Me & the other 5 people Waiting agreed with her. Get more help

Was looking for a specific pair of headphone for my son for his birthday. Online told me they had 3 available at their location. Employee in the electronic department was very helpful alooked in the back of the store for the headphones. Turns out they didn’t have it in stock, which is definitely a let down. I drove 45 min to go get the headphones. Maybe keep your online stock that same as you have in store. The greeter at the door was also very friendly. I would definitely suggest calling before driving to get an item they say they have in stock.

All Meijer stores have amazing selection of food and goods. But I can only give a 3 star due to 1 register open and only half self checkouts. This is becoming a trend and a problem.

I absolutely cannot stand the new layout and redesign of the store. The colors are cold, dark and depressing. You get lost in the pet department it is so gigantic. I enjoy havingThe choices but I feel like it could be laid out into a much smaller area.The new checkout lanes close the cashiers in due to the lane behind them, making it hard for them to come around and scan items in the bottom of your cart . The bagging area gives less space for the cashiers to work in and it draws you so far away from the checkout screen even people with 20/20 vision need glasses to see the price as your items are being rung up. I will be going the extra mile to the White Lake Meijer as long as it stays the same.

Due to the “remodeling” difficult to find anything, pet food product now opposite side rear corner of store, added time shopping due to their disorder, surprise they didn’t place apples on one side of store and oranges opposite side of store, that’s what shopping now feels like at this store, unnecessary walking around to get what you need. Obviously a man came up with this floor plan , no intelligent woman would of organized in this manner.

Experience was good. Store is under a remodel but products are available. Staff was polite and greeted me at the door. I recommend this store.

Many, many times this store has one cashier open for whole store. The lines have become ridiculous. I spent 35 min tonite. A lot of my food melted. I will be shopping at the Kroger at Old 23 they don’t seem to have this problem. Maybe if enough people follow suit somebody will make an attempt to correct things. Poorly managed and a poor work environment for the solo cashier that is overloaded.

I love the way the store has changed. I seems to be easier for me to shop. I can reach the top shelves now. It's clean and have good variety

Service by guest services is top notch although I don't fancy having to go there every time I go because of pricing errors. Moreover, things are often out of stock and the prices exceed the communities standards for affordability. We continue to visit based on proximity to our home but seek alternate stores when time permits.

Nice store, fruit is looking good got a lot of it. Freezing strawberries. Ummm! the mangos are so good and 10 for 10 plus one free along with some oranges.
