I came to this store because it was on the way home from work. The store manager was nice, but the sales associate who helped me was terrible. He actually yelled at his own mom who was there to get a phone upgrade. I was there to do phone upgrade as well. The associate belittled my old phone and told me it was horrible. He was not helpful in showing me how transfer my old data and contacts over to my new phone. I left the store without the capability of making phone calls on my new phone. I figured it out later once I got home. I will make it a point to avoid this store.

These guys are great! I recently got a new phone and needed to switch my SIM card from my old phone to the new one. I was greeted when I first walked in and was helped immediate. They were very patient(I forgot to backup my old phone and the new phone had an update), helpful,professional,and took care of my needs.Not to mention, about a week later my phone was not working. I couldn’t send text, get on the internet, social media,etc.I tried hard resetting my phone, powering it off, turning off the network, putting it on airplane mode and turning on/off the Wi-Fi and nothing worked. I decided to go there and see what was going on. It was snowing badly this day and as I’m arriving they had just closed up early due to the weather. The staff still let me in and fixed my phone! I was so grateful they were able to assist me despite them closing. Great customer service. I highly recommend using this location!

Rob St. Charles Gave me excellent personal service, he was very friendly and answered all my questions!! I am thankful for customer representatives like Rob, they are credit to their department. Guys like Rob are the reason that I would come back to AT&T for future products and services because he was able to be helpful and very kind in the experience that I had.

Steve was very helpful. Getting I 13 we had to upgrade our plan . Steve took his time he explained all charges and made sure we understood them . The store had a variety of phones and was clean with seating for many Overall a very good experience, thanks to Steve

Donavon was excellent in helping me upgrade my phone and add my mom to my account with a new phone. He was very patient in answering all of our questions and making my mom feel at ease with her transition from Sprint. When we turned in our trade-in phones, Sal was friendly and helpful. I appreciated Donavon coming to say hello and follow up on things we had talked about when I was in with my mom a few weeks earlier. Great customer service from both men.

I find it absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional that the representative would try to sell me something I didn't ask for, especially without my permission. I didn't go in there looking for a program or plan for two Apple watches. I went in there looking to add an additional line to my phone service. If I would not have asked, I would've been signed up for some thing that I did not need and did not want. That is not customer service, it's also not good business practice. I've been with AT&T for over 20+ years. This is not a way to conduct business

I came in to do a warranty exchange for my charger. They could not exchange it or satisfy this request in anyway due to them being out of stock. I’ve never had this issue before, I’m this case they would just do an alternative option. But the manager, Keith, was unwilling to do so. I was more than willing to take a less expensive cord. I shouldn’t have to buy a cord, when they have a plethora of charger cords. I’ve been an ATT customer for over 10 years and the lack of good customer service is starting to become exhausting.
