Order in store pickup order on 8/4/22. Give them 15 minutes to make it. Show up at store only to have lobby closed with a sign that says go through drive thru for pickup orders. Eight cars in the drive though and 30 minutes later I got my order. Should have just sat in the drive thru to have my food be fresh. Unacceptable.

I could’ve sat down at Black Rock across the street, eaten an entire meal, paid the bill, and been back about my day faster than this jimmy Johns gets their food to customers

Why would I order carryout from a place that then makes me wait in a 4+ car line to pick it up. It would have been faster to order through the drive through.

Online orders should be "faster" than drive up. Waited 40min with no notification on 'tracker', went in and questioned why no notification. No apology just a coverup. Of course as I was leaving was notified order ready. Previous order notification was ok but minimal ingredients!! Amount of meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes was very minimal. No wonder bread is so thin. Very very disappointed. Jersey Mike's subs better!!! Lost my business and endorsement!!

It took me over an hour from the point of “out for delivery” to get my food. It’s a 7min walk my facility. All the food was warm. When I called about the service, the employee said I was in the wrong for not ordering at a proper time and wouldn’t let me speak to the manager.
