5 Best meal takeaway in Ann Arbor, Michigan (MI) 2024

The atmosphere was not inviting. The cashier, with the Asian features, customer service was poor. Had it not been for his bland personality and lack of customer skills, my experience probably would have been better. The young man needs a new job. I did not feel welcomed, AT ALL! I won’t ever return. I do not spend my money where I do not feel welcomed. Lesson learned! ~Latasha

Order in store pickup order on 8/4/22. Give them 15 minutes to make it. Show up at store only to have lobby closed with a sign that says go through drive thru for pickup orders. Eight cars in the drive though and 30 minutes later I got my order. Should have just sat in the drive thru to have my food be fresh. Unacceptable. ~Chad

I arrived during peak lunch rush and I think they were a bit understaffed for the rush. Service was friendly and efficient. Place was clean, the food was great. I ordered an original Olga, and Olga salad, a tomato and cucumber salad, and a fresh squeezed lemonade. Yes it's too much food for me, but I wanted to try the cucumber and tomato salad it was good. ~Andrew

I ordered delivery and it only came after a 2 hour wait. Not ideal but the food is like every other Jimmy Johns which is pretty good. 3 stars is probably being generous as most people would give less for such a long wait, but I had time ~Winston

UPDATE October 2022 Taco Bell pass for the month has been awesome... great deal... first time buying it $10! However, remembering to order a taco daily needs a reminder (set one on your phone to help). As long as you've ordered $10 worth of tacos, you've gotten even money, any more tacos enjoyed is bonus for the month. Got to try a few more varieties other than the usual crunchy beef taco. The potato one is chunky home potatoes wrapped in a tortilla. Tried the Doritos locos taco and found it just ok. The original crunchy taco taste-wise is better in my opinion. All the supreme versions add the tomatoes and sour cream. Still friendly staff all hours of the day! Fast service at both Ann Arbor locations on Jackson Road or West Stadium. Checked out the new breakfast egg burritos... decent size and filling for breakfast. Available in potato, sausage, steak, or the grande from what I could see in the drive thru. Forgot to take a pic of the food... next time! Recently tried the Chipotle ranch grilled chicken burrito and was pleasantly surprised! It was tasty and enough for a meal. Will definitely order again! 😋 ~Lily
