5 Best sandwich shop in Ann Arbor, Michigan (MI) 2024

The atmosphere was not inviting. The cashier, with the Asian features, customer service was poor. Had it not been for his bland personality and lack of customer skills, my experience probably would have been better. The young man needs a new job. I did not feel welcomed, AT ALL! I won’t ever return. I do not spend my money where I do not feel welcomed. Lesson learned! ~Latasha

Order in store pickup order on 8/4/22. Give them 15 minutes to make it. Show up at store only to have lobby closed with a sign that says go through drive thru for pickup orders. Eight cars in the drive though and 30 minutes later I got my order. Should have just sat in the drive thru to have my food be fresh. Unacceptable. ~Chad

Stopped here a few weeks ago to get the heavily advertised black and bleu sandwich and I was told they no longer make it so I took pics of the 5 ads in and outside of the store for this sandwich. I thought they were just kidding. I got a different sandwich which was good but maybe take down the ads before ya quit making it. ~RODNEY

I arrived during peak lunch rush and I think they were a bit understaffed for the rush. Service was friendly and efficient. Place was clean, the food was great. I ordered an original Olga, and Olga salad, a tomato and cucumber salad, and a fresh squeezed lemonade. Yes it's too much food for me, but I wanted to try the cucumber and tomato salad it was good. ~Andrew

I ordered delivery and it only came after a 2 hour wait. Not ideal but the food is like every other Jimmy Johns which is pretty good. 3 stars is probably being generous as most people would give less for such a long wait, but I had time ~Winston
