Jersey mikes is my favorite sandwich shop by far, but this location always has the weirdest energy.. I don’t know if it’s me, but my interactions here aren’t pleasant or comfortable . It’s like the crew is in a daze and every time I’ve come to give them another chance, I’m disappointed. It’s the weirdest thing.

The atmosphere was not inviting. The cashier, with the Asian features, customer service was poor. Had it not been for his bland personality and lack of customer skills, my experience probably would have been better. The young man needs a new job. I did not feel welcomed, AT ALL! I won’t ever return. I do not spend my money where I do not feel welcomed. Lesson learned!

Let's be honest most "Fast Food" "Dine and Leave" restaurants are just okay or average. Food to me is food if it tastes good has amazing flavor and looks okay most likely you will get a decent review. But let's talk about what makes a 5-star review a 5 star, to begin with. 1st - the 3rd star is the basics. They are welcoming, friendly, take your order, don't rush you, and that's about it. 4th star comes from general communication and atmosphere. Being able to walk in and have a conversation with someone that has a smile on their face brings one to yours. The 5th star, in this case, is because not only did I walk into a restaurant that had a staff with all smiling faces but I walked into a greeting but I was helped quickly and everything was above average but I saw a familiar worker at the grill that is so great at their job that I will continue to return as long as the employees there are like they are now. As for the Manager, you truly have a great staff, and the way you run the team you are doing something correctly. Keep up the great work! Thank you for the sandwich/sub it was worth every penny and twice over again!

Got the veggie sandwich and by the time I got home bread was soaked with the dressing, next time I'll get it on the side. Exactly what you expect from sandwhich shop. Very kind and patient staff!

The sub I ordered took forever to be made, was very expensive and when I finally got it home it was a sloppy mess. The portion I was able to eat was good.

Wow. Kept seeing ads and finally decided to check this place out! Boy, am I glad I did. Sooo good! Happy with the subs I picked out, #13 and #56. Will definitely be going back again to try the others. 5 stars for the food and the guys all working had great teamwork helping each other. Communication could be a tad more enthusiastic with customers, but I think they were flustered with being busy. Kudos to you all!

My husband and I had a really bad experience yesterday . We were really feeling for a nice hot chicken sandwich, for which my husband repeatedly asked about and also ordered. Well to our great Suprise once we got home to Dexter we had a roast beef sandwich in the bag . My husband don’t eat beef or pork, so we had to return. Once we got there they made another sandwich, it was very Poorly made, not much meat or vegetables. My Goodness for the love of God if I’m gonna pay $15 plus for a sandwich it should at least be made properly ! I was very disappointed in this altogether. I’ve been in hospitality management for 22 years and I know this is absolutely not how things are done !! I did buy a sandwich previously and it was awesome so I will patronize your business again . Just I’m not satisfied this time .
