I miss living near because of the large selection of cards, knick knacks, clothing, and jewelry. Service is always great. Lots of parking. One of the largest Hallmark stores in SE Michigan.

After my 4th time in this shop, I have come to the conclusion that you only get decent customer service when the ladies working know who you are (their regular shoppers). When I first entered, the employee was not wearing her mask. I was not greeted or asked if I needed any help. As I wandered around, another employee was stocking and never greeted me or even acknowledged I was there. I ended up buying some JB mini cards, and the employee at the counter was less than pleasant. Unfortunately it has been a reoccurring issue for me—I am never greeted or even acknowledged in the store. Is it because I’m young and they think I’m not going to buy anything? Or simply that they just don’t care about their customers?

Kim was extremely helpful when I had questions about products in her store. I greatly appreciated the online shopping in addition to her personal assistance via email and phone. I placed several orders after I learned about her store from a friend of mine during the stay at home order due to Covid-19 Pandemic. Kim was more than willing to send me pictures of items to help me decide on placing orders. Kim shipped 2 gifts for me as well as 2 orders to my home. Everything arrived safely. Products were excellent quality and reasonably priced. I look forward to shopping in person soon !

Staff is quite friendly, but Management makes up rules on what Hallmark coupons they actually accept on what items. It's easier just to shop online or hit one of the other Hallmark stores in this area that don't play games like that.

This has always been a very nice Store. Friendly personnel, etc. My wife and I bought some quality Hallmark Christmas card boxes and just started to work on them. The glue on the envelope is terrible; we'll have to tape them on the back and how classy is that? Don't have my sales slip or I'd return them; too late to turn around. So much for good Christmas cards, at top prices, for 2018.

Very rude and funny and scam artists. They told me that my products that they fully used and we're broken then didn't want to take them back. This was my first purchase was Hallmarks then I got a $5 reward they refuse to give me the reward back towards another purchase and told me I just lost the $5. That's just bad business it's a felony they got my $5 coupon credit towards their store. Very bad business practice and very rude staff.
