The store is huge and cleaner than the last time. I'm glad to see that the employees are doing their job to make sure customers have a happy and safe time in their store. The employees are welcoming even if they don't greet everyone at the door, which could be worked on.

Me and my daughter were followed around the store from the time we WALKED in to the FITTING room until the time we CHECKED out. Worst customer service ever. Also had the wrong price sign up and instead of honoring that price, removed the sign and gave me regular price. Tall Caucasian lady literally made me feel so uncomfortable. Horrible representation of the store. If it’s one thing I have, I have MONEY. Ugh. What a jerk to watch a kid like a hawk.

The worse store ever their customer service is so poor and their return policy it's so difficult I will not be buying from this place ever again

Terrible customer service, especially from a girl 5'3" with curly hair and glasses, seems to always be the one closing on Sundays too. She always has a terrible attitude towards her customers and tells anyone coming in they have 10 minutes till they close even when there is 20-30 minutes. I understand covid has made it really tough with extra steps to sanitize but making your customers feel unwelcome is no way to help your store thrive during this pandemic. One specific Sunday, which will be my last, she was closing with a young man and once again said 10 minutes to close even though it was 6:35, I asked her if they closed at 6:45 and she coldly replied 7. I then walked to see if I could find some shirts and overheard the young man say to another customer that they had 20 minutes in which the girl corrected him through the walkie that it was 10 minutes. I looked at my watch and turned to let her know he was right because it was 6:38pm, which she ignored me and walked away. I knew she was the manager on duty since she jumped on the register right after to gather her closing paperwork and check the store emails. What a shame.

Darling clothes but an awful return policy and absolutely no care whether or not a customer is happy. I will gladly shop elsewhere from now on. Many options to choose from.
