This location is always clean, and never too crowded. We always have the same very knowledgable and friendly cashier every single time we’ve gone, this woman is always running stuff by herself and does it greatly! I can honestly say I’ve never seen another employee walking around/cashiering/stocking or cleaning up at this location, just her so hats off to you!! We always find great deals here especially for the holidays!

Came in with a return with receipt: underwear. The tag snapped off from the hanger where it's tagged (brought with me) when I went to see how stretchy they was when I got home. Needless to say I'll do that in store from now on. She wouldn't return my item. I brought up a different brand because they did not have any larger. I love Burlington but absolutely discussed with this one. Did not repurchase. Will not be back. Panties will be donated.

Worse customer service! These people don’t know what they are doing ! They put different tags on clothes and the sets don’t match sizes . I will never return to this Burlington. The store manager Lizbeth V is very unprofessional and did not try to help us after we explain about the mistake they made by giving us a wrong size on a set we bought . No customer service skills ! Very rude. They need customer service training and the other employee also that was helping us did not know anything . She has to call someone for help everything ! Don’t go to this store ! Horrible service !

The lines were so long and there was only 1 cashier who never looked up to call for help! People were leaving the store after seeing how long the lines were. The security guard was the one who finally noticed that they needed more cashiers. The store does have great prices and a unique selection of products... just good luck getting to buy them the same day

Super clean and organized. Hand sanitizer stations available at the door. Better inventory than nearby shops. Staff greets you upon entering and thank you for your business upon exit. Implements mask policy unlike Old Navy.
